Effect Of Wandai Decoction On Spleen Deficiency Syndrome High-risk HPV Infection And Vaginal Microecology

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Wandai decoction combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b vaginal local administration in the treatment of persistent high-risk HPV infection(spleen deficiency type)and its influence on vaginal microecology.Methods: Chose from May 2020 to December 2020,60 patients with persistent high-risk HPV infection,aged between 18-60 years old,were selected from the first affiliated outpatient and inpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine in Hunan Province.TCM thought that the syndrome differentiation belonged to spleen deficiency type,and all patients were negative in TCT or colposcopy examination.The patients were numbered in turn.According to the random number table,they were divided into treatment group and control group The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b only.After 3 cycles of treatment,the HPV negative conversion rate,symptom change and VM change trend of the two groups were observed.Results: At the end of three treatment cycles,the HPV negative conversion rate of the treatment group(62.07%)was higher than that of the control group(53.57%),the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.047);the total effective rate of TCM clinical efficacy of the treatment group(86.26%)was higher than that of the control group(67.86%),the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.03);the vaginal flora density and flora diversity of the treatment group were concentrated in grade II and grade III,and the micro level of VM was higher Compared with the control group,the biological function index was better,and the vaginitis index was lower(all P < 0.05).Conclusion: combined with oral administration of Wandai Decoction and local administration of recombinant human interferon α-2b,the infection rate of cervical HPV can be reduced,which may be related to the improvement of vaginal mucosal congestion,reduction of exudation and inhibition of vaginal abnormal microbial growth.The decoction can improve the systemic symptoms and local symptoms,recover the injured part of the body,increase the immune capacity,and improve the vaginal microbial function.By regulating the status of vaginal flora,it can avoid double infection and reduce the recurrence rate,so as to achieve the effect of restoring the vaginal microecological balance,and then resist the invasion of high-risk HPV.The combined use of the decoction makes up for the deficiency of the simple use of interferon in the treatment of HPV infection.
