| With the development and progress of the medical and health cause,the scale is growing,the people’s demand for the medical and health conditions is getting higher and higher,the traditional financial management mode can not adapt to the financial management requirements of modern local public hospitals.At the same time,it is imperative to change the traditional financial management mode with the new medical reform.Only by constantly innovating and perfecting the financial management mode can we conform to the trend of the times,can we improve the economic and social benefits of public hospitals,and can we enable public hospitals not only to play their role of public welfare,can also take into account the market economy of the principle of maximum interests.Based on the original financial management mode of Z public hospital in s city,this paper introduces the comprehensive situation and the current situation of financial management mode of Z public hospital,including financial staffing,financial information management system,financial budget management,financial analysis and accounting management and internal control management,and other aspects of the introduction,this paper investigates the problems and restrictive factors in the current financial management mode of public hospitals in s city,and puts forward the problems of budget supervision system,financial accounting link,internal control system,and professional quality of financial management personnel,and it summarizes the countermeasures to improve the financial management mode of Z public hospital in s city,from strengthening the budget management,perfecting the budget supervision system and perfecting the financial basic work,strengthen the accounting system,strengthen the internal control system,strengthen the professional training of financial management personnel,open government affairs and external supervision,and so on to make suggestions and strategies for improvement,this paper puts forward the theoretical point of view,and prospects the development of financial management in local public medical institutions. |
