Under the background of made in China 2025,the research on innovative design,production quality,structure and technology of transplanting equipment has been paid attention to and developed.With the continuous optimization of structure and function realization of transplanting equipment,the low-end form,simple design layout and poor human-computer interaction design of original transplanting machinery will not meet the driving requirements and aesthetic needs of users of transplanting equipment.Branding,innovation,high quality and intelligence will be the necessary requirements of transplanting equipment design in the future,which is also consistent with the country’s independent innovation social track.In order to improve the product quality of transplanting equipment,rationalization of cab design layout,enterprise brand awareness,driving comfort and human-machine interaction,under the guidance of ergonomics,the high-efficiency aided design of three-dimensional modeling software rhino,human-machine simulation design software jack,ANSYS and other human-machine design theories are combined.The main contents of this paper are as follows(1)The reference dimensions of some human bodies in the study area were established.Chinese standard body size is not all in line with the actual area of the driver’s body size.Therefore,the body size of some representative pepper transplanter drivers was calculated,and the average was 1686.35 mm.The mean value is close to the figure size of P50(50th percentile),so we choose P50 as the experimental object in Jack.(2)The instrument configuration and cab components design and layout of pepper seedling transplanter were optimized.The initial pepper seedling transplanter model was established by using rhino three-dimensional surface software.Combined with the actual operation of pepper seedling transplanter,the design and layout route of each component was optimized based on the human sitting posture model.According to the method of literature research and investigation,collect and analyze the driving user’s tendency and demand for instrument shape,calculate the weight of each demand by entropy method,sort the user importance,and design and optimize the instrument shape of pepper seedling transplanter according to the user importance.Based on the SAE basic reference,combined with the driver’s body size in the actual area,the best comfortable sitting posture model based on human joints is established,and the comfortable crossing point is calculated.Based on the establishment of H-point,the design and layout of the cab interface,control area,seat and other components of pepper seedling transplanter were optimized.(3)Jack simulation analysis of P50 digital human in standard driving posture.Adjust the position and physical relationship between Jack digital human and digital model,and determine the joint input values of standard driving posture and comfortable driving posture of digital human model.Static simulation of digital human in the standard driving posture of the reachable area,visual field,handling comfort,lower back force analysis and static strength analysis.The dynamic simulation simulates the force changes and joint comfort changes of digital human in the process of manipulation.According to the results of Jack’s human factor analysis,the design optimization and suggestions based on Jack were summarized,and the model of pepper seedling transplanter was optimized.(4)ANSYS comfort verification of cab seat.According to the optimized model of pepper seedling transplanter,the optimized seat model was imported into ANSYS,and the seat material,elastic modulus parameters,Poisson’s ratio and other physical quantities were defined.Calculate the adult weight of 60kg-80 kg driver on the seat,cushion load,and force area.The force and displacement of the seat back and cushion are analyzed respectively.The experimental results show that the force distribution and displacement of the seat have little deviation from the actual seat,which indicates that the seat design and material selection have certain reference value,which can delay the driver’s fatigue time and improve the driving comfort.(5)In order to meet the user’s design image,multi index comprehensive evaluation method was used to select the instrument design scheme of pepper seedling transplanter.In order to increase the reliability and objectivity of design research,AHP(analytic hierarchy process)and fuzzy judgment are introduced.Combined with the actual operating components of the cab of the pepper seedling transplanter,the index factors of the pepper seedling transplanter were established.Combined with the expert scoring method,the overall design result is scored.Based on SPSS analysis and data processing,the factor weight of each level is calculated by using the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of AHP.The fuzzy matrix between the factor weight and the score of each level is established,and the matrix operation is carried out in MATLAB.The result of design evaluation is obtained,and the score is 85.80,which shows that the design is good.
