With the rapid development of agricultural production,the rapid rise of labor cost and the accelerating trend of population aging,the shortage of agricultural labor will become a common problem faced by many countries.In the research and analysis of the related spraying method and process on the basis of both at home and abroad,we carried on the citrus pesticide spraying device design and development,for Guang Xi District even domestic grids and standardized planting citrus orchard,to reduce the ecological environment of the pesticide pollution and improve the comprehensive utilization of pesticide,to produce good economic benefits.This topic with lifting lever type spraying device for experimental platform,the simulation of citrus trees spraying effect,through the combination of experiment and data analysis,to explore the swinging rod Angle,Angle of the wind speed and the target column distance,jet orifice diameter,spray,spray wind speed time and spray pressure,a total of seven factors to research the effects of spraying and interaction of two factors by single factor experiment and variance analysis,assess the impact of various factors on the spraying effect size,selected five main influence factors.The factor level of spraying effect was optimized by orthogonal test and response surface optimization.Through orthogonal test design and response surface optimization method,the factor level of pesticide spraying effect is analyzed and optimized.Firstly,according to the actual requirements,the model of the lifting rod spraying device was designed,and the drawing,processing and assembly were carried out to verify the reliability of the test platform.Secondly,through the preliminary test,the controllable factors were screened,the test methods and steps were determined,and then the test was conducted.The data collection and SPSS data analysis software were used for the analysis of the fog drop analysis software,and the influence of each factor on the pesticide spraying effect was obtained.Thirdly,based on the selected five main influencing factors of spray hole diameter,spray pressure,spray time,target column distance and spray wind speed,and taking the deposition amount and coverage rate of spraying effect as the experimental indexes,the orthogonal test method was used for data collection and optimization analysis,and the influence law was obtained.Fourth,the response surface optimization method is adopted to further optimization of three main factors,the spraying effect of precipitation amount,coverage and weighted objective quadratic polynomial regression response surface model is set up respectively,and optimize the model,finally to obtain the optimal factor levels of scope,and the effect of spraying test was carried out.By lifting lever type spraying device test platform,adopting the experiment and single factor test screening of main influence factors,and through the orthogonal experiment and response surface optimization methods optimize the spraying effect,the results show that the impact on the precipitation amount and the coverage of the weighted objective significance order from big to small is: nozzle hole diameter,spray,spray time column pressure,target distance,spray wind speed.A more accurate response surface function model was obtained by the response surface optimization method.The test results verified the optimized response surface function model and found that the maximum error between the optimized response surface function model and the test results was4.65%.Meet the spraying requirements.
