Research On Innovative Design Of Small Express Car Based On Product Semantics

This paper focuses on the small express vehicles used in the last link of express delivery.Through questionnaire,field investigation and user interview,this paper explores the status quo and core problems of the small express vehicles.The core pain point is that the internal space of the express car does not conform to the actual distribution scene,and the efficiency of storing and removing goods is relatively low;the appearance is extremely crude,without any emotional and cultural expression.As the most important link in the urban logistics system to establish contact with people,it does not add to the city image,but becomes a factor of poor mess in urban traffic.This paper combines the theory of product semantics with the depth of small express cars,and puts forward a complete solution for the above pain points.Firstly,the product semantic orientation of small express vehicles is determined,namely,increasing the emotional sustenance in the form semantic dimension and enhancing the express culture contained in it;redesigning the process of taking the goods in the functional semantic dimension,enhancing the rationality of the internal space and improving the efficiency of express delivery.In the dimension of morphological semantics,the theory of morphological semantics and the actual scene of small express vehicles are combined to screen the relevant form semantics of express delivery,and finally choose the visual semantics of letter based on the results of user research.The traditional meaning of "home books" in Chinese culture is to share people's expectations of letters with those of express delivery today,and give feelings to small express vehicles.And letters have a long history and culture,from ancient post station to today's express station,is also a cultural heritage.In the functional semantic dimension,on the basis of ensuring the complete form semantics,combined with the actual delivery scenario,the stamp of the letter is designed as an intelligent large screen for taking the piece;combining the access port with the package port of the letter,reducing the cognitive cost of the user;grid the internal space to improve the space utilization;introduce the automatic driving design to reconstruct the last express delivery Link.This paper has carried on the practice to the above scheme,and combined the actual size,symbol semantics and other information to carry on the sketch and the model construction.The closed-loop links of theory support,scenario analysis,scheme design and practice are formed.Looking forward to the future,we hope to provide better experience for people's lives and provide a beautiful landscape for the city.
