Cold-formed thin-walled steel structure houses have the advantages of light weight,high strength,fast construction,large space for use,less consumption of natural resources and less damage to the environment,so they are widely used in the construction of buildings and water conservancy scenic spots.For the convenience of construction equipment piping installation,composite wall keel support layout,often in the position of the steel column and beam web plate hole,and the specification of web opening cold-formed thin-wall steel elastic buckling stability coefficient,the effective width and have no detailed calculation formula of the ultimate bearing capacity,so the opening local buckling performance of cold-formed thin-wall steel and bearing capacity calculation method to further perfect our specification has important significance.1.Analysis of the local stability coefficient of elasticity of open orifice plate under non-uniform compression.Finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to study the elastic local buckling performance and the calculation method of elastic local buckling stability coefficient of cold-formed thin-walled steel plate with open holes under non-uniform compression.Plate are analyzed stress gradient,aspect ratio,generous than hole,hole shape,position,hole size,hole spacing for plate parameters such as elastic buckling stability factor influence law,and based on the parameter analysis gives the more accurate hole constraints,finally proposed the opening panel recommended formula of elastic buckling stability factor k.2.Research on the effective width design method of open orifice plate under heterogeneous compression.Based on the elastic analysis of the open-hole plate,the finite element software is used to analyze the open-hole plate of cold-formed steel with non-uniform compression,and the influence rules of the effective width of the open-hole plate such as the ratio of width to thickness,the stress gradient,the size of the open-hole and the shape of the open-hole plate are obtained.By means of parameter analysis,the proposed calculation method for the effective width of cold-formed thin-walled steel plate with non-uniform compression is put forward,and compared with the results obtained by finite element analysis,it shows that the proposed calculation method is accurate and reliable.3.Experimental study on the bearing capacity of short columns of cold-frmed thin-walled steel axial compression members with web openings.The bearing capacity tests of short columns of axial compression members with different section parameters and opening parameters are carried out,and the influencesof section parameters and opening parameters on the buckling failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity of the members are obtained.The finite element soft ware ABAQUS was used to analyze the bearing capacity of the test members,and the results obtained by the finite element software were compared with the test results of axial compression short columns,which verified the accuracy and effectiveness of the finite element model.4.The design method of local buckling bearing capacity of cold-formed thin-walled steel members with web openings is studied.On the basis of the proposed method for effective width of non-uniformly compressed thin-walled steel members with holes and considering the constraints between the panels,the proposed method for calculating the local buckling bearing capacity of cold-formed steel members with holes is presented.Collecting opening cold-formed thin-wall steel structures at home and abroad bearing test data,at the same time by using the finite element software artifacts of different cross section parameters and open hole are analyzed,and finally will recommend method results with the results of finite element,the test results and comparison test results at home and abroad,further verify the opening cold-formed thin-wall steel structures buckling bearing capacity the accuracy of the suggested method.
