This article takes the development of biomass energy utilization technology as the background and uses corn stalks as raw materials to prepare pellet fuel.Taking corn stalks as an example,using a specific test device and multiple sets of test comparison methods to study the molding process parameters of corn stalk pellets from the aspects of pellet fuel compression molding,physical properties,combustion performance,and cost analysis.Compression molding law of corn stalk pellet fuel.In order to explore the main factors affecting the quality of biomass pellets,and put forward specific indicators for the optimization of corn stover pellet fuel forming process parameters.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In order to study the physical properties of corn straw grain fuel,using the biomass particles of different particle sizes and different water content,the test results showed that the smaller the seepage rate of the larger forming density.The larger the particle size of the raw material,the greater the pore in the formed grain fuel.On the contrary,the smaller the particle size of the raw material,the smaller the pore in the formed particle fuel and the closer the binding.With the time change,the raw material of corn straw with the larger the grain size,the greater the water absorption,the easier it is to scatter,the higher the molding density,the lower the water permeability,and the durability of the grain fuel decreases with the increase of the grain size of the raw material.The test results show the lowest water permeability rate when the grain size is greater than 75 items.When the moisture content is 17.2%,the water seepage rate of granular fuel is the lowest,smooth surface without cracking and the best state.As the moisture content increases and the seepage rate of granular fuel increases,the water resistance becomes worse.(2)The influence of the spindle speed,mold stick gap and moisture content on the fuel quality of the corn straw particles is studied.After the test results,the biggest influence of the corn straw particles is the spindle speed.Using the regression model established by Design-Expert 10.0.1 software and the feasibility of the actual process setting,the corn straw grain fuel prepared with the spindle speed of 165r/min and 0.3mm,water content of 21% meets the actual needs.(3)The 500 g corn straw grain fuel and pine poplar mixture were selected for combustion test.The test results showed that the two grain fuels can continue to fire about 30 min and 40 min.Then the corn straw particles burn more heat than the burning,and the corn straw particles are better than the pine poplar particles.The combustion of corn straw particulate fuel is mainly the precipitation and combustion of volatile points,followed by the combustion of fixed carbon,with the smallest contribution of water analysis.Finally,according to the profit-even analysis,the particulate fuel plant with an annual production scale of 6,000 tons / year can achieve a profit as long as the annual capacity is not less than 47.4%.The research in this article provides a theoretical reference for the preparation of corn stalk pellet fuel,and the obtained optimal parameters can be used as technical indicators to guide the industrial production of corn stalk pellet fuel.
