At present,with the rapid development of economic globalization and industrial intelligence,traditional industrial enterprises all over the world are transforming and upgrading to "intelligent factory",and the world is entering a new era of intelligent operation.In the process of rapid real-time response and dynamic adjustment of production system,MES is also playing an important role in the management and control of production system.As a bridge between the upper planning management system and the lower production control system,MES can monitor the whole production process,schedule the production order and analyze the production data in real time on the basis of completing the traditional assembly task of the production line.On the basis of traditional assembly line,this paper studies and designs a set of terminal assembly line based on MES.The assembly line is composed of three-dimensional warehouse station,loading and unloading station,processing station and assembly station.After the production instructions are given by MES,the tasks of handling,loading,processing,assembly and testing of workpieces can be completed.The specific contents are as follows:(1)According to the production task of the end components,the overall design scheme of the assembly line is formulated,and the composition and process flow of each station equipment of the assembly line are studied;The MES function module is designed for the production task,and the system architecture of MES and each station is built to realize the sharing of information resources and the feedback of production information.(2)According to the production order,the production plan is reasonably arranged,the scheduling rules are constructed,and the scheduling objective model is established;The genetic algorithm based on heuristic rules is added,and the algorithm is implemented in Matlab environment,so as to formulate an executable assembly scheme and ensure the production order to be delivered on time.(3)Java and SQL Server 2008 are used as the development platform to realize the requirements of MES functional modules;According to the system architecture of each station,the two-way communication between MES and S7-1500 PLC is realized by using OPC handshake mechanism of Kepware software;Select the appropriate hardware configuration and configure the hardware;Using botu V15 software to realize the control program of material out of warehouse,pneumatic control,robot grasping,visual inspection and so on;Finally,the practicability of the genetic algorithm and the system is verified by the online operation of the assembly line.
