Research On The Main Aroma Components Of Tobacco Leaves, Cigarettes And Tobacco Additives Based On Aroma Vitality Value

The flavor of cigarettes mainly includes the odor of tobacco,the odor of flavors added and the odor produced by chemical reaction during processing.It is one of the important indicators for measuring cigarette quality.The different components of odor constitute the different characteristic styles of cigarettes,which endow them with various unique flavors.Based on the value of odor activity,In this paper,the main odor components in tobacco,cigarette and tobacco additives were studied based on odor activity value,compares the differences between the characteristic odor components of different samples,and recombines the additives with tobacco flavor with the characteristic odor components,which provides a reference for the selection of the characteristic odor components of cigarette and the development of new cigarette additives.The main research contents are as follows:1.The main odor components of 8 kinds of tobacco leaves from different producing areas were studied by qualitative screening,semi quantitative analysis,odor activity value calculation and absence experiment.A qualitative and semi quantitative method of HS-SPME-GC/MS was established for tobacco leaves.Based on the analysis of the volatile semi-volatile components in 8 tobacco leaves from different areas,50 odor active components were screened out by using the ROAV.The main odor components of Henan tobacco leaf and Honghua dajinyuan tobacco leaf were confirmed by the absence experiment;the main odor components of the two kinds of tobacco leaf were recombined according to the content of the tobacco leaf to obtain the tobacco additive,which has the odor characteristics basically consistent with the original tobacco leaf,and the addition of cigarette can improve the odor quality and the amount of the smoke.2.The characteristic odor components of 8 different brands of tobacco were studied.The qualitative and semi quantitative analysis method of HS-SPME-GC/MS was established,the characteristic odor chemical components of 8 different brands of cigarettes were analyzed by ROAV,and the differences of characteristic odor components of different samples were compared.The characteristic odor componentswere used to recombine the fragrance recombinants which were basically consistent with the smell of Yunyan.The fragrance recombinants had the effect of improving the richness of smoke.3.The characteristic odor components of 8 different brands of cigarette smoke were studied.Establishment of HS-SPME-GC/MS method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of cigarette smoke samples,pre-treatment and instrument conditions.Then,the volatile and semi-volatile components in eight different brands of cigarette smoke were analyzed.The characteristic odor chemical components of each brand of cigarette were determined by the OAV,and the differences of the characteristic odor components of different samples were compared,and the characteristic odor components were recombined.The odor recombinants,which are basically consistent with the smell of cloud smoke,have the effect of improving the richness of smoke.4.The characteristic odor of four kinds of tobacco extracts commonly used as tobacco additives were studied.They were Zimbabwe tobacco extract,Virginia tobacco extract,Yunnan tobacco extract and Brazil tobacco extract.Through the optimization of pretreatment conditions and instrument conditions of tobacco extract,the qualitative and semi quantitative analysis method of HS-SPME-GC/MS was established to analyze tobacco extract.According to the analysis of volatile odor components of four kinds of tobacco extract,the characteristic odor components of each kind of extract were determined by ROAV,and the differences of characteristic odor components between different products were compared.Combined with the recombination experiment,and the odor recombinants have the effect of improving the odor quantity and taste of cigarettes...
