| Objective: In order to deeply implement the healthy China policy and improve the level of online medical service,it has become a general trend to provide all-round online medical service for patients through the wechat public platform of the hospital.This paper aims to promote the optimization of medical service functions on wechat public platform of public hospitals.Methods: seven hospitals in zhengzhou city as an example,from the dimensional analysis in public hospitals We Chat public platform application in the medical services,through quantitative analysis,WCI We Chat public platform function index hospital Settings,evaluate We Chat public platform release content quality and communication effect,using the correlation analysis and regression analysis methods for data analysis of the questionnaire.Results: In terms of the opening of medical service function,the opening rate of online service function and information function was 100%,and the opening rate of patient relationship management function was 86.7%.2.In terms of spreading influence,there is no significant relationship between the amount of publication,reading and likes;The category of published content,the amount of published information,the amount of read,the amount of like and the WCI value were all medical science popularization,accounting for 50% of the total published content,the total published amount was 924,the total read amount was 5492260,the total liked amount was 14119 and the WCI index was 1224.36.3.Among the 516 valid questionnaires,49.4 per cent were male and 50.6 per cent female;The number of people with junior college/bachelor degree accounted for 68%;70.7% of the respondents used the medical service function of the hospital’s wechat public platform;57% of the users only use the hospital wechat public platform when they need medical services;WCI index is positively correlated with performance expectation,effort expectation,social impact,facilitation factors,behavioral intention and content information quality.The absolute value of correlation coefficient between educational background,promoting factors and behavioral intention is more than 0.15.The promoting factors were most correlated with behavioral intention,with a correlation coefficient of 0.737.Content quality has the greatest positive impact on satisfaction.Conclusion: The study found that the application degree of wechat public platform in medical services in public hospitals is insufficient.Users hope to obtain online service functions that can improve the efficiency of medical treatment from the hospital wechat public platform.Medical science information can improve the communication influence of the hospital wechat public platform.Functional experience,information,user word of mouth and application popularity are the factors that affect users to use the hospital wechat public platform. |
