Objective To investigate the effects of sacubitril/valsartan on GDF-15,NTpro BNP,QRS duration, echocardiography and cardiac function in patients with HFr EF,and to evaluate the effects of sacubitril/valsartan in inhibiting myocardial fibrosis and inflammatory response and improving ventricular remodeling. Methods A total of 76 patients with HFr EF who were treated in Minda Hospital of Hubei Minzu University from October 2020 to November 2021,were selected for the study, and divided into experimental group(45 cases)and control group(31 cases). The control group was given angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI)/β-blocker/ mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists and other related drugs.benazepril hydrochloride was uniformly used for ACEI drugs this time;the experimental group was given sacubitril/valsartan/β-blockers/ mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists and other related drugs. The basic data of all patients were collected, and the changes of GDF-15,NT-pro BNP,QRS duration and echocardiography related indexes were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 1 month of treatment. All data were analyzed using SPSS26.0,and the difference was considered statistically significant at P < 0.05.Results(1)There was no significant difference in general information between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in LVEDV,LAD,PASP,and QRS duration between the two groups after one month of treatment(P>0.05).(2)The LVEF of the experimental group was improve more than that of the control group after one month of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group after one month of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After one month of treatment, the levels of GDF-15 and NT-pro BNP in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both sacubitril/valsartan and benazepril have good effects in the treatment of HFr EF,but sacubitril/valsartan is better than benazepril in increasing LVEF,reducing GDF-15 and NT-pro BNP levels, inhibiting myocardial fibrosis and inflammatory response more effectively, and improving ventricular remodeling;its effect on the QRS duration is not significantly different than that of benazepril, which needs to extend the observation time and increase the sample size for further study.
