Expression And Clinical Significance Of TRIP13,TCF21 And Twist1 In Colorectal Cancer

Objective:To detect the relationship between the expression of TRIP13,TCF21 and Twist1 in colorectal cancer tissues and clinicopathological indicators and survival prognosis of patients,explore the correlation among the three,and provide new solutions and evidence for the prognosis and targeted therapy of colorectal cancer.Methods:Collected from January 1,2017 to December 31,2017 in the pathology department of our hospital,120 cases of colorectal cancer and the corresponding paracancerous tissue paraffin specimens with complete preservation and complete clinical data were collected.The expressions of TRIP13,TCF21 and Twist1 in the above tissues were detected,and the data were analyzed using the statistical analysis software SPSS.Results:1.The expression rates of TRIP13,TCF21 and Twist1 in colorectal cancer tissues were 67.5%,32.5%,and 66.7%,respectively,and the expression rates in adjacent tissues were 5%,91.7%,and 0%,the difference between the groups was significant and statistically significant（P<0.05）.2.The expressions of TRIP13,TCF21 and Twist1 were all correlated with the degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis,depth of tumor invasion,the presence or absence of distant metastasis and the TNM staging of patients with colorectal cancer,and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.3.The expressions of TRIP13 and TCF21 were negatively correlated（r=-0.544,P<0.001）,the expressions of TRIP13 and Twist1 were positively correlated（r=0.340,P<0.001）,and the expressions of TCF21 and Twist1 were negatively correlated（r=-0.377,P<0.001）.4.High expression of TRIP13,low expression of TCF21,positive expression of Twist1 and distant metastasis,and high clinical stage were independent prognostic risk factors for CRC.Conclusions:1.The high expression of TRIP13,the low expression of TCF21 and the positive expression of Twist1 may promote the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer.2.The effect of TRIP13 and TCF21 on the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer may be achieved through Twist1.3.Combined detection of TRIP13,TCF21 and Twist1 can predict the survival and prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer,which may have certain implications for the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer.
