Stroke is a common and frequent disease in the world and one of the three leading causes of death and disability.Lower limb motor dysfunction is a common manifestation of stroke sequelae.Effective rehabilitation training of general intervention means plays an important role in the recovery of motor ability of patients. Some patients gradually improved lower limb motor dysfunction after a period of rehabilitation treatment, with certain standing and walking ability, but abnormal gait still exists. It is usually manifested as asymmetry between the two sides in time and space, that is,there are differences in parameters such as left and right foot length, foot speed and foot stride. In order to improve the condition of abnormal gait,it is necessary to carry out targeted training on the affected side.Nowadays, the aging of the population, the emergence of the epidemic, the shortage of health care personnel and the improvement of patients ’quality of rehabilitation medical care and so on,all indicate the vigorous development of the field of rehabilitation therapy in the future.More and more innovative products will be developed and applied to rehabilitation practice to meet the growing social needs.Studies have found that both visual and auditory guidance can play a role in improving gait.In order to try to improve the problem of abnormal gait on the affected side, this paper mainly aims at the patients with abnormal gait. The combination of visual guidance and rhythmic auditory stimulation is applied to the design of gait training and rehabilitation products. The purpose is to propose an economic, universal, portable and easy-to-use gait training and rehabilitation product that can continue to maintain training when patients transit from a rehabilitation hospital to a family environment,so that patients can continue to train after returning to the family and society, and feedback the training parameters such as the number of steps and the speed of steps to the patients and therapists,so as to facilitate the understanding of rehabilitation changes and the effective evaluation of recovery levels. In the early stage of the study, the principle of motion optimization was explored by combing the common gait problems and visual and auditory guidance mechanisms of patients after stroke, and the product form of visual and auditory joint guidance was determined according to the gait needs of patients. In the medium term, based on the product design principles and user needs of special populations,in order to better realize the designed functions, the single chip microcomputer is used to integrate the functions, and the four main functions are realized : the step length of the affected side is increased by visual laser guidance training, the walking rhythm is guided by auditory rhythm, the number and speed of training steps are recorded by pressure sensors, and the training feedback is given to the user through the display screen. Then the control system is combined with the four-legged walker commonly used by the patient to obtain the prototype of the primary training product. Finally, the objective experiment is designed to verify the effectiveness of the training system, and the subjective experiment is used to collect user feedback and suggestions.According to the existing improvements of the early generation products, the optimization and improvement are carried out to complete the improvement design of the function,shape,man-machine and structure of the second generation of gait training products in this study. |
