With the progress of science and technology and the continuous development of Internet of things technology,people’s living standards are higher and higher,and medical devices are more advanced.The combination of medical equipment and Internet of things technology has become an inevitable trend.Combining Internet of things technology with moxibustion bed,this thesis designs and develops a moxibustion bed monitoring system based on NB-IoT,which aims to control and remotely view the changes of moxibustion bed status on the moxibustion site,and improve the service ability of moxibustion bed.In this thesis,the STM32F103RCT6 microprocessor is used as the main control chip of the monitoring terminal,the K-type thermocouple is used to collect the moxibustion temperature in the moxibustion bed,the SHT30 sensor is used to collect the temperature and humidity in the moxibustion clinic,and the MQ-7 sensor is used to collect the CO concentration state in the moxibustion clinic.The driving circuit of the executive device is designed to display and control the moxibustion bed state through the HMI serial port screen,The mobile BC20 module enables the terminal to access the NB-IoT network,transmit the moxibustion bed status information to the Alibaba cloud Internet of things platform,and realize data storage,analysis and business application.The moxibustion bed monitoring system of NB-IoT designed in this thesis can better realize the functions of moxibustion bed monitoring terminal and cloud monitoring interface,and has good application value.The thesis mainly carries on the following aspects:(1)According to the problems to be improved in the moxibustion bed in the subject source,the functional requirements of the system are analyzed.By designing the overall structure and technical scheme of the system,the development routes of the monitoring terminal and the Internet of things platform are determined.According to the actual requirements of the system for the communication scheme,the comparative advantages and network architecture of NB-IoT technology are analyzed,By classifying and comparing domestic IoT cloud platform manufacturers,Alibaba cloud IoT is selected as the system IoT platform.(2)The hardware design of the system monitoring terminal is completed.According to the needs of development and design,complete the design of the overall hardware structure of the monitoring terminal,design the power module to supply power to the moxibustion bed actuator and digital circuit,reasonably allocate chip resources and design the peripheral circuit according to the function of the main control circuit,and complete the analysis of each sensor in the data acquisition module and the design of its application measurement circuit,The driver module is designed to control the actuator,the HMI serial port screen is selected as the operation and display interface,and the application characteristics and peripheral circuits of BC20 module are analyzed.(3)The software design of the system monitoring terminal is completed.According to the general idea of monitoring terminal software design,the flow of calling software module by main program is designed.Then the moxibustion temperature acquisition program,ambient temperature and humidity acquisition program and CO concentration acquisition program of the data acquisition module are designed.The status interface,operation interface and corresponding HMI instruction sending and analysis program of HMI serial port screen are designed.Finally,the network access flow of at instruction driver and BC20 module is designed,in which the way that the microcontroller uses DMA to receive a frame of data is explained in detail.(4)The software design of the system monitoring terminal is completed.According to the general idea of monitoring terminal software design,the flow of calling software module by main program is designed.Then the moxibustion temperature acquisition program,ambient temperature and humidity acquisition program and CO concentration acquisition program of the data acquisition module are designed.The status interface,operation interface and corresponding HMI instruction sending and analysis program of HMI serial port screen are designed.The network access flow of at instruction driver and BC20 module is designed.(5)The system function test is completed.The terminal test platform is built,and the data acquisition function,human-computer interaction function and data remote transmission function of the terminal are tested and analyzed by using serial port assistant,HMI serial port screen and system monitoring interface.The remote monitoring and early warning function of the system is tested on the moxibustion bed.The test results verify that the system has completed the expected functional design and the test effect is good.
