| Objective:This study mainly compared the clinical application of digital invisible orthodontic and traditional fixed orthodontic combined with implant repair(treatment)in malocclusion patients with anterior dentition defect, and observed the difference in clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinicians to formulate accurate treatment plan. Methods:A total of 20 eligible patients admitted to Hefei Stomatological Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were collected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. There were 20 patients in each group. The experimental group received digital invisible orthodontic treatment combined with implantation, there were 8 males and 12 females, with an average age of 28.85 years;Single anterior tooth was missing in 11 cases and single lower anterior tooth was missing in 9 cases. The control group was treated with traditional fixed orthodontics combined with implantation, including 10 males and 10 females, with an average age of 30.27 years.Single anterior tooth was missing in 8 cases and single lower anterior tooth was missing in 12 cases. The difference in the time between the two groups of patients was observed, including the time between implant implantation and repair, total treatment time, root parallelism,Sulcus bleeding index(SBI)and red and white aesthetic scores. Results:After the correction, the time of opening the implant repair gap and the total correction time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance. In the experimental group there was statistical significance in SBI changes at different time points during the treatment(P<0.05),but no statistical significance in SBI changes between the two groups(P>0.05).Otherwise,the experimental group outperformed the control group in the five indexes of the red&white aesthetic after orthodontic combined implantation(P<0.05),including the proximal and distal gingival papilla, labial gingival margin curve, crown shape and crown contour(P>0.05).The statistical significance was proven in variances in red&white aesthetic(P<0.05),while not in total score variance(P>0.05)between two groups. Conclusion:Digital invisible orthodontics combined with implantation can simulate the treatment effect more precisely, guide the formulation of treatment plan more correctly, shorten the course of orthodontic treatment. The overall movement of the anterior teeth brought by invisible orthodontics improves the parallelism of the root, which not only improves the accuracy and safety of implant surgery, but also achieves a more ideal aesthetic effect. |
