| Objectives: This study intends to analyze the current situation of the construction of the healing environment,explore the possible influencing factors of the construction of the healing research in the field of hospital healing environment,strengthen the "patient-centered" service concept,effectively improve the people’s sense of satisfaction and satisfaction in seeing a doctor,promote the implementation of modern hospital management system,and further boost the high level of public hospitals.Quality development,etc.provide and empirical reference.Methods: A stratified random sampling method was used to randomly select one hospital from each of the provincial and municipal hospitals in Anhui Province as the investigation site,and the investigation time was from September 2021 to November2021.Through the self-designed questionnaire on the basic situation of the patients and the healing environment questionnaire previously designed by the research group,617 inpatients were surveyed on-site according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study.Epi Data 3.1 software was used for data entry,and SPSS 25.0 software was used for data statistical analysis.Statistical analysis included frequency and percentage,χ~2test,t test,univariate Sperman correlation regression,multivariate linear regression model and regression decision tree model analysis.Results: A total of 555 subjects were included in the study,including 310（55.86%）from provincial hospitals and 245（44.14%）from municipal hospitals.The average age was（50.01±17.123）years,and the ratio of males and females was（53.2% VS 46.8%）.The respondents were mainly junior high school education level and below,married,employees of enterprises and institutions,urban residence,surgery,and urban residents’ medical insurance.（1）Healing environment score evaluation: The total score of the survey sample healing environment scale is（93.54±9.89）points.From the perspective of different dimensions:in hospital accessibility,inpatient services,perceived environment,decorative environment,natural environment,and humanistic environment,social support and other dimensions were（15.52±3.04）points,（19.49±2.88）points,（21.89±2.95）points,（12.22±2.37）points,（7.98±1.82）points,（12.31±2.11）points,（4.14±0.96）points.（2）Correlation analysis of the influencing factors of the healing environment:（1）The dimension of admission accessibility was significantly correlated with age group,education level,marital status,department,etc.（P value < 0.01）;（2）The dimension of inpatient service was significantly related to age group,education level,occupation,etc.Type,residence,social security type,etc.were significantly correlated（P value < 0.01）;（3）Perceived environment dimension was significantly correlated with age group,education level（P value < 0.01）;（4）Decorative environment dimension was significantly correlated with age group,education level,marital status,Occupation type,place of residence,department,social security type,etc.were significantly correlated（P value < 0.05）;（5）Dimensions of natural environment,human environment and other dimensions were significantly correlated with departments（P value < 0.01）;（6）Social support dimension was significantly related to gender,department Correlation（P value< 0.05）.（7）The total score of healing environment was significantly correlated with educational level,place of residence,and type of social security（P value < 0.05）.（3）Regression analysis of influencing factors of the healing environment: After controlling for confounding factors,the regression results showed that:（1）Hospital level,age ≥60 years old group,education level were correlated with the score of admission accessibility dimension（P value < 0.05）;（2）Hospital level was correlated with inpatient service dimension（P value < 0.05）;（3）hospital level,occupation type and department were correlated with perceived environment dimension（P value < 0.05）;（4）age group,education level were correlated with decorative environment dimension（P value <0.05）;（5）Hospital level,department were correlated with natural environment dimension（P value < 0.05）;（6）Hospital level was correlated with human environment dimension（P value < 0.05）;（7）Hospital level,gender,age group,education level,department were correlated with social support dimensions（P value < 0.05）.（8）The analysis results also showed that the hospital level,occupation type,department were correlated with the total score of the healing environment scale（P value < 0.05）.（4）Decision tree model analysis of the influencing factors of the healing environment:（1）The dimension of access to hospital admission: the survey subjects in provincial hospitals scored the highest in the dimension of access to admission,and those in municipal hospitals + 60 years old and above had the lowest score;（2）the dimension of inpatient services : Provincial hospitals + workers/peasants have the highest scores,municipal hospitals + 45 years old and above respondents have the lowest score;（3）Perceived environment dimension: Municipal hospitals + 60 years old and above respondents scored the highest,provincial hospitals +45 years old and below + retirees and other groups have the lowest scores;（4）Decoration environment dimension:municipal hospital + junior high school and below / high school / technical secondary school / technical school + internal medicine group surveyed the highest score,provincial hospital + junior college The respondents of the group and above have the lowest score;（5）The dimension of natural environment: Municipal hospital + internal medicine + junior high school and below/high school/secondary school/technical school group has the highest score,and the municipal hospital + surgery group has the lowest score;（6）Humanistic environment dimension : The municipal hospital + internal medicine group has the highest score,and the provincial hospital group has the lowest score;（7）Social support dimension: The municipal hospital + internal medicine + female group has the highest social support dimension,and the provincial hospital + 60 years old and above group survey The subjects scored the lowest;（8）The total score of the healing environment: Provincial hospital + worker/farmer group survey respondents had the highest score,and the municipal hospital + college and above + female group had the lowest score.Conclusions and suggestions: Hospital level,occupation type,and department are the possible influencing factors for the evaluation of the total score of the healing environment,and the influencing factors are different in different dimensions.It is suggested that in the construction of the healing environment in the future,the overall layout should be combined with multiple elements;the spatial design should consider multiple groups of people;the site design should consider multiple facilities;the physical environment should consider multiple elements;the wayfinding design should consider multiple modes. |
