Research On The Development Status And Application Of Internet Hospital In The Post Epidemic Period

Objective:At present,China’s Internet hospital lacks a comprehensive and systematic analysis framework.This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to sort out the development status and existing problems of China’s Internet hospital from many aspects,such as policy documents,Chinese and foreign literature and evaluation index system.Based on the phased results,this paper attempts to explore a comprehensive evaluation method of Internet hospital,and selects a sample hospital for empirical research to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation method.After comprehensively understanding the current situation of Internet hospital,we try to explore the development path of Internet hospital in line with China’s national conditions,in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Internet hospital.Methods:This study uses NVivo 11 software to conduct text qualitative analysis on relevant policy documents of Internet hospital,and deeply interpret relevant policy contents.Secondly,based on Bibliometrics and knowledge map theory,Citespace software is used to visually analyze the domestic and foreign literature related to Internet hospital,and grasp the research frontiers,main research forces and research hotspots of the current development of Internet hospital from the perspectives of author,organization,keyword,reference and so on.Thirdly,the initial framework of Internet hospital service quality evaluation is constructed based on Donabedian model,the final index system is established through expert consultation,and the weight coefficient of each index is calculated by superiority chart;Finally,a sample hospital is selected for empirical analysis using the evaluation index system.Results:（1）Policy analysis results: there are 11 national and 83 local documents in 94 documents related to Internet hospital.The results show that a cluster of keywords centered on medical treatment,service,management,health and information,including "medical treatment" 704 occurrences,weighted percentage 5.00%,Abbreviated as（704,5.00%）,the same below,"service"（503,3.58%）,"management"（299,1.87%）,"health"（254,1.81%）,"information"（215,1.53%）,"patient"（104,0.74%）,"development"（83,0.59%）;（2）A total of 1015 Chinese and 480 English literatures related to Internet hospitals were exported.Results of literature analysis: Chinese literature publishing institutions mainly come from colleges and universities,research institutes,affiliated hospital and health committees.The publishing areas are mainly concentrated in Shanghai,Nanjing and Suzhou.High frequency keywords are public hospital,epidemic prevention and control,smart hospital,medical Consortium,Archives management and medical insurance payment,the representative cluster labels are #0 hospital,#1high-quality development,#3 grass-roots medical institutions,#4 / 5 covid-19 and #6information management;The five countries with the largest number of English literature are China,the United States,the United Kingdom,Germany and Australia.Foreign literature tend to study science and technology,patient emotion,social media,disease epidemic prevention,etc,Five cluster tags were generated: #0 Internet of things（tightness 0.862）,#1 depression（0.858）,#2 social network media（0.980）,#3covid-19（0.788）,#4 knowledge（0.942）;（3）Construction of Internet hospital evaluation index system: The authority coefficient of 20 experts is 0.874 and the Kendall’s W is0.0157.The finally determined evaluation index system of interconnected hospitals includes three first-class indicators,nine second-class indicators and 21 third-class indicators,of which the basic quality weight is 0.25,the link quality weight is 0.32 and the final quality weight is 0.43;（4）Empirical Analysis: A Internet hospital has 426 medical staff and 57 information technology staff.During the outbreak of covid-19,the number of consultations on 7 days exceeded 10000,and the number of consultations on peak days reached 2929.In 2021,78991 patients were provided with the official account consultation service of We Chat public.They provided outpatient services for3011 follow up patients,and the annual average consultation volume of doctors was238.88,and more than 860 prescriptions were distributed.The average age of the patients was 37.13 years,the average drug cost was 198.46 RMB,the patients’ satisfaction（full score 5 points）5 points accounted for 93.15%,4-5 points 4.57%,and4.57%% 4.57%.0.91% scored below 1.Conclusions:In the post epidemic period,China’s national and local governments have actively introduced policies to promote the healthy development of Internet hospital.However,there are still some problems,such as the lack of core research team,the low quality of medical services,the unreasonable allocation of resources,the lag of online medical insurance,and the difficulty in preserving the rights and interests of patients.In order to give full play to the effectiveness of Internet hospital,we need to carry out the following aspects in combination with China’s national conditions:（1）whole process supervision to ensure the quality of medical services and form a complete supervision chain;（2）Implement the talent leading strategy and form the core research force;（3）Take patients as the center,promote the high-quality development of medical services,protect patients’ information rights and interests,break barriers and unblock feedback channels.
