Objective: This paper discusses the application of E-cervix cervical elastography to evaluate the cervical elasticity parameters and explores its application value in terms of choosing delivery methods and predicting the duration of the first stage of labor. Methods: 1n the experiment,105 full-term parturient women with vaginal trial delivery, which were in the Women and Child Health Care Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from October 2019 to September 2020,were selected.Cervical length(CL)and several cervical elasticity parameters including hardness ratio(HR),elasticity contrast index(ECl),mean strain levels of the internal(IOS)and the external(Eo S)of the cervix were measured by cervical elastography examination with transvaginal ultrasound.Meanwhile the age, height, weight, last menstruation(LMP)and other general data of those women were recorded. The final mode of delivery was followed up which were divided into spontaneous delivery group and cesarean section group. The correlation and clinical prediction performance of the two gmups of parameters were analyzed. At the same time, according to the labor process diagram of the natural labor group, the time from promoting cervical maturity to regular uterine contraction(lasting for more than 20 s,5 to 6min),the time from regular uterine contraction(0 finger)to opening 3 fingers of the uterine orifice and the time of the first labor process were calculated respectively, and the correlation between cervical elasticity parameters and the length of labor process was discussed. Results: Among the 105 full—term parturient women,68 cases were delivered vaginally, and the remaining 37 cases were given cesarean section.Several observations were obtained as follows: there were significant differences in cervical elasticity parameters between the two delivery modes(P
