Research On Coordination Mechanism Of Medical Service Supply Chain Based On Referral Behavior

With the continuous development of social economy and the gradual increase of residents’ income,people’s demand for medical resources has gradually developed into the pursuit of high-quality medical services.Driven by deepening the reform of the medical system,China has initially established a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,in which dual referral is a common behavior in the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.Dual referral plays a very important and positive role in the rational utilization of medical resources and improving the service quality of medical service supply chain.However,in reality,due to the poor implementation effect of the graded diagnosis and treatment system,the lack of standardized referral behavior,and the failure to form a virtuous circle system among patients,doctors and hospitals,it is still a common social phenomenon that patients are difficult and expensive to seek medical advice.Based on the in-depth understanding of the problems related to the medical service supply chain and the research status at home and abroad,this paper takes the referral behavior as the research basis,and studies the different participants according to three aspects.Firstly,between patients and doctors,this thesis analyzes the difference of medical service preference between doctors and patients,introduces the bilateral matching theory to solve the problem of medical resource allocation,takes into account the improvement of medical efficiency,puts forward the method of two-level bilateral matching,constructs a multi-objective programming model with the minimum difference of bilateral preference between doctors and patients as the objective function,and verifies the feasibility of bilateral matching model in medical resource matching through case calculation.Secondly,between patients and hospitals,considering that patients’ subjective preferences will have an impact on their medical behavior and medical access utility,calculate the optimal pricing of medical consortium under the unified guidance of the government and determine the constraints of coordination mechanism.Finally,in view of the huge difference between the reception pressure and business status of superior and subordinate medical institutions,we try to introduce the medical insurance reimbursement factor to study its impact on the number of patients and their expected income in grass-roots hospitals.This thesis concludes that the two-level bilateral matching model can be used in the environment of medical service resource allocation decision-making,and provide help to solve the problem of medical resource mismatch.The establishment of medical consortium is conducive to improving patients’ satisfaction with medical treatment,reducing the waiting time for medical treatment and improving the quality of medical service.After adding the reimbursement factor of medical insurance,due to more medical subsidies,the number of reserved patients in grass-roots community hospitals increases,which is expected to improve the comprehensive income.At the same time,it also promotes itself to work harder and enhance the ability of medical services.
