| Objective:1.Construction of diet training program for patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3-5 based on health belief model;2.To explore the effect of the program on the knowledge, attitude and behavior of patients with stage 3-5 chronic kidney disease. Methods:Based on the health belief model, this study developed a preliminary scheme of diet training through semi-structured interviews. Then 24 experts were invited to Delphi to formulate the final diet training program.Applied similar experimental research methods,73 patients hospitalized in the first and second wards of the Department of Nephrology of a third-class hospital from September 2021 to January 2022 were selected. The control group and the intervention group were selected by coin tossing method. The control group was educated and managed by traditional methods. The intervention group was additionally treated with diet training scheme.A questionnaire survey was conducted at the time of admission and again after the intervention.Judge whether the scheme is effective through statistical analysis.Results:1.Delphi expert letter inquiry results: The positive coefficient of experts in the first round of correspondence was 96%,the degree of expert authority was 0.902,and the Kendall coefficient was 0.338(P < 0.001).The positive coefficient of experts in the second round of correspondence is 100%,the degree of expert authority is 0.936,and the Kendall coefficient is 0.401(P < 0.001).The final diet training scheme for patients with ckd3-5 includes 4 primary indicators,13 secondary indicators and 55 tertiary indicators.2.Scheme application results:(1)There were 37 people in the control group and 36 people in the intervention group, with an average age of 56.00±14.22 years. The baseline of the two groups was the same in terms of gender, age, marital status;(2)Intervention results:The intra group comparison results before and after the intervention showed that except the attitude score of the control group, the knowledge, behavior score and total score of the control group and the knowledge, attitude, behavior score and total score of the intervention group were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of knowledge, attitude, behavior and total score of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and they were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The diet training scheme for patients with ckd3-5 based on HBM theory has good reliability and validity;2.The diet training scheme can improve the patient’s knowledge level, change the patient’s attitude and enhance the patient’s compliance. |
