| Purpose:To analyze the relationship between the concentration of cytokines in aqueous humor and intraocular pressure,condensation,PVR grading,laser points,operation time and course of disease in patients with ocular hypertension after vitrectomy and silicone oil filling.To explore the role of cytokines in the occurrence and development of ocular hypertension and guide clinical practice.Methods:The subjects of this study are 16 patients(16 eyes)who came to our hospital for retinal detachment from September 2020 to November 2021 for vitrectomy silicone oil filling and postoperative intraocular pressure increase.Aqueous humor was collected after intraocular pressure increase and intraocular pressure return to normal.Luminex method was used to determine the concentration of various cytokines in aqueous humor.Include: IL-1β,IL-2,IL-4,IL-5,IL-6,IL-7,IL-8,IL-10,IL-12,IL-15,IL-17,VEGF,VEGFR2,PDGF-BB,IP-10,EGF,IFN-α,IFN-γ,CCL7,FGF,GCSF,VCAM-1,ICAM-1,MCP-1,TNF-α,HGF,PIGF.The relationship between the course of disease,preoperative intraocular pressure,operative time,intraoperative laser points,condensation,PVR grading and cytokine concentration was analyzed.Spss26.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.The concentrations of cytokines in the aqueous humor of the high IOP group and the normal IOP group were compared.The concentrations of cytokines IL-6,VEGF,FGF and G-CSF in the aqueous humor of the high IOP group were statistically different from those in the aqueous humor of the normal IOP group(P < 0.05).There was no statistical difference in other cytokines.2.In the high IOP group,the concentrations of cytokines IP-10,IL-10 and IL-15 were positively correlated with condensation(P < 0.05).The concentrations of IL-7,IL-15,G-CSF and ICAM-1 were positively correlated with PVR grading.IL-4 and MCP-1 were positively correlated with laser points(P < 0.05).3.In the high IOP group,there was no correlation between the concentration of cytokines in aqueous humor and the course of disease and the length of operation.Conclusion:1.Cytokines IL-6,VEGF,FGF and G-CSF are correlated with the occurrence and development of high IOP,and the concentration of these cytokines increases significantly with the increase of IOP.2.Condensation increases the concentration of cytokines IP-10,IL-10 and IL-15 in aqueous humor.3.The higher the PVR grade was,the higher the concentrations of IL-7,IL-15,G-CSF and ICAM-1 in aqueous humor in the high intraocular pressure group.4.The more laser points,the higher the concentration of IL-4 and MCP-1 in aqueous humor in high IOP group. |
