| ObjectProgressive stroke is a subtype of stroke that cannot be ignored. With its high morbidity, disability and lethality,it has attracted extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad.Over the years, many scholars have studied the causes of progressive stroke.and pathogenesis have been studied, but no uniform results have been obtained. This indicates that the joint action of multiple factors leads to the progression of ischemic stroke. The purpose of this study was to investigate the risk factors of progressive ischemic stroke, and to provide reference for clinicians to formulate individualized treatment to reduce the occurrence of progressive stroke.MethodsCollected between December 2020 and October 2021 in jida hospital department of neurology hospital in line with the diagnostic criteria of acute ischemic stroke patients, according to the standard set,158 people into the object of study records into the group of patients with clinical data, including: age, gender history of drinking smoking history History of high blood pressure History of diabetes Cerebral infarction previous medical history Blood pressure at admission fasting glucose low density lipoprotein cholesterol high density lipoprotein cholesterol homocysteine D-dimer fibrinogen uric acid unstable plaque in the neck artery SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of all included risk factors. The two independent samples T test was used for measurement data consistent with normal distribution, and the Chi-square test was used for counting data.p<0.05 was considered as statistically significant difference Logistic regression analysis was performed for all single risk factors with statistical significance, and p<0.05 was considered as statistically significant difference.ResultsIn the progression group, there were 58 patients(35 males and 23females)with a mean age of 63.9310.39 years. In the non-progression group, there were 100 patients(68 males and 32 females)with a mean age of 61.3811.40 years. In univariate analysis, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of smoking history and alcohol consumption history by sex and age Two groups of patients with cerebral infarction No significant differences between history of high blood pressure and diabetes Two groups were no statistical differences in blood pressure on admission to hospital fasting glucose fibrinogen is similar between the two groups have significant meaning(p <0.05)between the two groups of low density lipoprotein cholesterol, highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol Homocysteine blood uric acid and D-dimer did not differ significantly Logistic multiple regression analysis showed that fasting glucose fibrinogen and unstable carotid plaque were independent risk factors for progressive stroke(p<0.05).Conclusions1.Acute cerebral infarction patients with hyperglycemia are prone to stroke progression.2.High level of fibrinogen may lead to the development of acute ischemic stroke.3.People with unstable plaques in the carotid artery are prone to progressive ischemic stroke. |
