| Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is a common mental developmental disorder in the adolescent population.Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is one of the main manifestations of ADHD.The scales currently used for the clinical diagnosis of ADHD are highly subjective and lack a scientifically valid quantitative basis. An in-depth analysis and study of attentional stability, which characterises attentional quality, can help to provide an objective and valid basis for the diagnostic method of attentional deficit. The main objective of this paper is to design an attentional stability testing system based on the combination of virtual reality and eye tracking technology,to establish a visual attentional stability testing method through this system, and to verify the feasibility of the system and the method,so as to provide a reference for future attention deficit patients in the testing of attentional quality. The relationship between attention and eye movements and prefrontal cerebral blood flow was investigated by simultaneous acquisition of prefrontal blood oxygen concentration in the attentional stability test experiment. After analysis of the experimental data, the eye-movement signal accurately captured the information that attention shifts occurred, and found evidence that attention shifts excited prefrontal brain regions, finding the relationship between attention,eye-movement and prefrontal. The rationality of the combined method of virtual reality and eye-tracking technology in the content of the attentional stability test was verified, providing scientific data support and experimental suggestions for future attentional stability tests for attention deficit disorder. |
