Objective:The aim of the study to observe the therapeutic effect of upper limb rehabilitation robot in hemiplegic shoulder pain(HSP)patients. Methods: The study was conducted from January to December 2021.Forty patients with HSP were randomly divided into the experimental group(N=20)and control group(N=20).and used in the random number table to complete the grouping operation. The control group underwent routine rehabilitation training for 30 minutes,5 days/week,respectively in the morning and afternoon. The experimental group underwent one upper limb rehabilitation robot training and one routine rehabilitation training,5days/week,30min/time for 4 weeks. All subjects were evaluated for VAS pain score,FMA upper limb motor function score, shoulder painless passive range of motion(flexion, abduction and external rotation),RMS and MF values of deltoid middle bundle,RMS and MF values of superior trapezius muscle before intervention and after4 weeks of intervention. Results: 1、Two group had not significantly difference in baselines(P>0.05).2、The intervention measures of the two groups can reduce the VAS score of patients and meet the requirements of P < 0.05.After 4 weeks intervention, the VAS score of the experimental group is lower than that of the control group and meets the requirements of P < 0.05.3、After 4 weeks intervention.the FMA score in two groups can much increase(P<0.05),and in two groups had significantly difference(P<0.05).4、After 4 weeks intervention,Shoulder painless passive range of motion(flexion, abduction, pronation)were all improved(P<0.05)and in two groups had significantly difference(P<0.05).5、After 4 weeks intervention,RMS and MF values of the middle bundle of deltoid muscle and superior trapezius muscle on the affected side were all improved(P < 0.05).The RMS and MF values after intervention in two groups had significantly difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1、These two interventions are effective for HSP patients, but there are differences in the efficacy between them.2、The experimental group was better than the control group in improving HSP with VAS score,FMA upper limb motor function score, shoulder joint painless passive range of motion, middle deltoid and superior trapezius RMS and MF values.3、This study found that the combination of upper limb rehabilitation robot and routine rehabilitation training can achieve better treatment effect, which is worthy of popularization and application.
