ObjectiveExplore in acute ischemic stroke patients randomized cases,control group given medical conventional treatment,the team in the control group on the basis of remote ischemic preconditioning(RIPC)was given before and after treatment comparing two groups of NIHSS score and two groups of patients before and after therapy in serum and peptide hormones pigment epithelium derived factor(PEDF)in content,exploring remote ischemic preconditioning the possible mechanism and efficacy for the treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexyMethodsStrictly screen the IS patients admitted to the Theology ward of our hospital from October 1,2019.100 patients who meet the requirements of this experiment are used as the research objects.They are divided into two groups by number randomization,50 cases in each group,and two The groups are comparable in general.For the prevention and control of potential risk factors for the two groups of patients,strictly follow the American Stroke and TIA Secondary Prevention Guidelines(2014)[1]for intervention.All patients enrolled in the group were used to expand blood vessels,improve cerebral microcirculation,and related treatments[2].The control group was given routine medical treatment,and the study group was given RIPC training on the basis of the control group.The operation method is as follows:let the patient relax naturally,put the body in the supine position,and put the cuff of the ischemic preconditioning training device on the patient’s double For the upper limbs,it is best to use a thin piece of clothing or a small towel around the upper limbs.The bottom of the cuff is 2cm above the midline of the elbow joint.The air pressure tube is located on the inside of the elbow.And select the pre-adaptation training mode,pressurize the patient’s upper limbs,the pressure value is:180mmHg,hold for 5 minutes,then rest for 5 minutes,each time lasts for a total of 45 minutes,train twice a day,once in the morning and once in the evening,for a total of 10 days.The same person in the undergraduate room used the stroke scale(NIHSS)to evaluate the neurological function of the two groups on the first and tenth days of admission,observe and compare the efficacy of the two groups,and on the first and tenth days of admission The content of serum and copeptin and PEDF of the two groups of patients were detected on an empty stomach;whether there were adverse reactions in IS patients during the RIPC process,and the symptoms and remission methods of the adverse reactions were recorded,as well as whether the disease progressed.To explore the possible mechanism of ischemic preconditioning in the treatment of ischemic stroke.ResultsThere was no statistical significance in comparing the neurological function scores of the two groups of patients before the remote ischemic preconditioning training(P>0.05).After the study group was given RIPC training,the neurological function scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);The serum and copeptin of the study group were compared with PEDF before and after RIPC training,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05,while the difference in the control group was not statistically significant,P>0.05;Before RIPC training,the experimental group Compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05,and after RIPC training,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.ConclusionsProviding patients with ischemic stroke with remote ischemic preconditioning training can effectively reduce the neurological deficit in patients with ischemic stroke,indicating that RIPC can promote the recovery of patients’ neurological function,suggesting that RIPC may be beneficial to improve IS The prognosis of patients:RIPC given to IS patients can reduce the patient’s serum and copeptin and increase the level of PEDF,which proves that RIPC has a significant effect on the treatment of IS patients and has brain protection,suggesting that RIPC may be a safe and effective intervention for IS patients.
