Objective:In this study, fire needle combined with mild moxibustion, carbon dioxide(CO2)laser therapy were used to treat flat wart, respectively,in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods, the influence on wound healing, the occurrence of adverse events and recurrence,to provide evidence for the application and promotion of fire needle combined with mild moxibustion in the treatment of flat wart. Methods:This study adopts the clinical randomized controlled trial(RCT),72 patients with flat wart were randomly divided into fire needle combined with mild moxibustion group, and CO2 laser group,36 cases in each group, the fire needle combined with mild moxibustion group was used to prick the skin damage of flat wart, and then used moxibustion to treat the skin damage,CO2 laser group used CO2 laser to treat the skin damage of flat wart. Finally, the changes of clinical symptoms and skin lesions, wound healing, recurrence of cured patients in the two groups after 2 months of treatment were observed, and all adverse events after treatment were recorded. Results:Baseline analysis:The two groups were comparable in gender, age, course of disease, and skin lesions score before treatment at baseline(P>0.05).Efficacy evaluation:After treatment, the number, size, thickness, color, pruritus score and total score of skin lesions in 2 groups lower than those before treatment, the difference was statistical significant extremely(P<0.001);After treatment, the number, size, thickness, color, pruritus score and total score of skin lesions in 2 groups was no statistical significance(P>0.05).In fire needle combined with mild moxibustion group’s 34 cases,17 cases were cured,8 cases were significantly effective,7 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 94.12%,in CO2 laser group’s 35 cases,15 cases were cured,9 cases were significantly effective,8 cases were effective, and 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 91.43%,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Two months after the end of treatment, among the 17 cured patients in the fire acupuncture combined with mild moxibustion group,1 case recurred, the recurrence rate was 5.88%,among the 15 cured patients in the CO2 laser group,2 cases recurred, and the recurrence rate was 13.33%,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Wound healing:The wound healing time of the fire needle combined with mild moxibustion group was less than that of the CO2 laser group, there was significant statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.01);there was no statistical significance between the two groups in the time of scar formation(P>0.05).Safety evaluation:The incidence of adverse events in the fire needle combined with mild moxibustion group was 14.71%,which was significantly lower than that in the CO2laser group(37.14%),there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in the safety grading of adverse events between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Fire needle combined with mild moxibustion group and CO2 laser group can relieve the clinical symptoms of flat wart.In the aspect of wound healing, fire acupuncture combined with mild moxibustion can accelerate the subsidence of skin lesions, and the incidence of adverse events is low. Therefore, fire needle combined with mild moxibustion treats flat wart, can shorten the course of treatment, has the advantages of safety and effectiveness, simple operation, low price, therefore,it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic..
