Clinical Observation Of Electroacupuncture Combined With Mirabilite External Application To Improve Gastrointestinal Function Of Patients After Abdominal Surgery

Objects:This study takes patients after abdominal surgery as the research object,through randomized controlled trials,the electroacupuncture combined with mirabilite external application and conventional western medicine treatment as different interventions,to observe whether electroacupuncture combined with mirabilite external application can promote early recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with abdominal surgery.It is expected to provide corresponding clinical research basis for the selection and optimization of treatment options for postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods:The subjects in the study were divided into two groups,36 in the treatment group and 35 in the control group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment of Western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with conventional treatment of Western medicine and electroacupuncture combined with mirabilite external application 6 hours after operation,once a day,until the first anal exhaust occurs.If the subject still has no anus exhaust after 72 hours of treatment,the trial will not continue.Observe and record the scores of bellyache,abdominal distention,nausea and vomiting,the time when bowel sounds first appeared,time when bowel sounds returned to normal,and the proportion of anal exhaust in two groups at 72 hours after abdominal surgery,All the data were analyzed by spss25 software.Result:1.The baseline of the two groups included gender,age,height,weight,BMI,operation time,operation type,vital signs,preoperative abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting degree,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.The scores of abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting in both groups were better after treatment than before treatment,and the abdominal distension scores in the treatment group were better after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in abdominal distension scores in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain and abdominal distension in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.Compared with the control group,the time for the first appearance of bowel sounds and the time for bowel sounds to return to normal in the treatment group were significantly shorter,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.The proportion of anal exhaust in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group 72 hours after surgery,89% and 63% respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.No adverse reactions occurred in patients of the two groups during the test period,indicating that this study has good safety.Conclusions:Electroacupuncture combined with mirabilite external application can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with abdominal surgery,improve postoperative abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting and other clinical symptoms,enhance gastrointestinal peristalsis,promote the recovery of intestinal sounds,and improve the proportion of anal air discharge within 72 hours of surgery.
