Clinical Observation Of Effects Of Modified Yixin Decoction In Treatment Of Idiopathic Premature Ventricular Contraction(type Of Heart-spleen Deficiency) With Depression

ObjectBy observing the data before and after the treatment of patients with idiopathic premature ventricular beats(Heart and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)accompanied by depression,explore the effect of self-made Yixin Decoction on this disease and the safety of the prescription..MethodsSelect patients eligible for inclusion who came to the inpatient and outpatient departments of Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for treatment from December 2019 to December 2020.A total of forty eligible subjects were collected and randomly divided into self-made Yixin Decoction plus Western medicine group and pure Western medicine group.Bisoprolol fumarate and yixin decoction were given to the experimental group,and Bisoprolol fumarate tablet was given to the control group alone.The total observation time of this study was 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,diopathic premature ventricular beats load value,24-hour diopathic premature ventricular beats total number,TCM symptom score,Hamilton Depression Scale score,Simple Quality of Life Scale score,liver and kidney function,blood pressure,blood fat and other data were recorded.After 8 weeks,statistical analysis software was used to analyze these experimental data,and finally the test results were analyzed.Results1.There was no significant difference in the total number of cardiac beats 24 hours after treatment between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05),However,the total number of 24-hour ventricular premature beats and the overall curative effect of ventricular premature beats in the two groups are better than the pure western drug group in the self-made Yixin Decoction combined with western medicine(P < 0.05).2.After treatment,the SF-36(VT)score of the Yixin Decoction combined with Western medicine group was higher than that of the Western medicine group alone;the HAMD-24 score and the TCM symptom score of the Yixin Decoction combined with Western medicine group were lower than the pure Western medicine group,and the difference between the two groups was obvious(P < 0.05).ConclusionYixin decoction combined with western medicine can improve the quality of life of patients with depressed idiopathic premature ventricular contraction,and can better improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine patients,relieve the depression of patients,high safety,less side effects.However,the self-made Yixin Decoction combined with Western medicine group has no advantage over the pure Western medicine group in terms of reducing the total number of 24 h ventricular premature beats.In terms of the overall efficacy of ventricular premature bleeding,the Western medicine group alone is inferior to the self-made Yixin Decoction combined with Western medicine group.
