Clinical Observation Of Banxia Shengjiang Decoction Treating Nausea And Vomiting After Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective: The subjects of this researth would be patiants after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,the patients were treated with Banxia Shengjiang decoction and compared with the control group,by observe the postoperative nausea and vomiting so can we verify the clinical efficacy and reliability of Banxia Shengjiang decoction in the treatment of laparoscopic cholecystectomy,And finally provides a convenient and quick treatment method for reducing postoperative nausea and vomiting for patients.Methods: 160 cases were chosen from general surgery Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM.The study time was September 2019 to December 2020.All the cases were successfully performed laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Based on the random principle,all the cases were divided into drug group(80 cases)and control group(80 cases).Both groups of patients received preoperative communication and preoperative preparation,the surgical method and steps were the same,and the basic postoperative treatment was the same.,the basic postoperative treatment was the same.the drug group were given Banxia Shengjiang decoction(exemption decoct preparations)8h、12h after operation and 08:00、12:00、16:00、20:00 on the first day after operation,and the control group were given the same amount of warm boiled water orally.The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the three time periods of 0-8h,8-24 h and 24-48 h after operation was statistically analyzed.Finally,the clinical value of Banxia Shengjiang Decoction in the treatment of nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy was evaluated by the corresponding clinical efficacy evaluation criteria Results:1.The two groups has no significant difference in sex,age,BMI,basic diseases,duration of operation and physical and chemical indexes(P > 0.05),baseline level has no effect on experimental results.2.Within 0-8h postoperatively,the differences in the incidence and severity of nausea and vomiting between two groups has no statistical significance(P >0.05),during 8-24 h and 24-48 h after surgery,the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the drug group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.01).During 8-24 h and24-48 h after surgery,the severity of nausea and vomiting in the drug group were significant lower than the control group(P<0.01).3.No obvious adverse reactions or impairment of liver or kidney function were found in patients taking Banxia Shengjiang decoction after operation.Conclusion: For the nausea and vomiting caused by laparoscopic cholecystectomy,postoperative administration of Banxia Shengjiang Decoction can significantly reduce its incidence and severity,Banxia Shengjiang Decoction decoction can be a new choice to relieve nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy...
