Objective:Through to change the type of functional constipation in patients with perimenopausal women radix bupleuri oral liver flavored scattered defecation improved after treatment with oral lactulose therapy and relapse compared to verify the liver spleen and the treatment of the clinical value of treatment of FC,explore the radix bupleuri scattered flavored liver treatment to change the curative effect of FC type perimenopausal women.Methods:Selection of chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital constipation of outpatient service in March 2019-December 2020 to change the type of functional constipation diagnosis standard of a total of 60 patients with perimenopausal women,flip a coin method will be simple cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,treatment group with drug radix bupleuri liver flavored oral,free decoction,three times a day,one at a time;The control group was given lactulose orally,three times a day,10 ml once.After 2,4 and 8weeks of treatment,the score of constipation symptoms was counted and the improvement of symptoms was observed.After 4 weeks of treatment,a return visit was made to observe the recurrence.The data were collected and analyzed by SPSS22.0software.Results:1.Efficacy rate: the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,and the effective rate of the control group was 80%.The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).2.Main symptoms: After 8 weeks of treatment,constipation symptoms of effective patients were significantly improved(P< 0.01),but the improvement degree of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01).3.Minor symptoms: The comparison results showed that all the minor symptoms were significantly improved in the treatment group(P < 0.01),but not in the control group(P > 0.05);The treatment group had a significant advantage in improving secondary symptoms(P < 0.01).4.Short-term efficacy: The results showed that there was no significant difference in efficacy between the treatment group and the control group at the initial stage of treatment,i.e.2 weeks after treatment(P > 0.5).5.Long-term efficacy: the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 17.2%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was51.9%,which was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.For perimenopausal female patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,the comprehensive efficacy of modified Chaihu-Shugan Powder was significantly better than that of the lactulose group;2.Modification of Chaihu-Shugan Powder can significantly increase the frequency of spontaneous defecation,reduce the time of defecation and increase the amount of defecation;3.Chaihu-Shugan Powder modified group could significantly relieve emotional disorders such as insomnia,and improve symptoms of chest tightness and abdominal distension in perimenopausal patients(P <0.01);4.The short-term efficacy of Chaihu-Shugan Powder was similar to that of lactulose group;5.The long-term efficacy of Chaihu-Shugan Powder modified group is better than that of lactulose group,and the recurrence rate is lower,which is safe and reliable.
