Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and TCM syndromes of the treatment of AECOPD by the method of warming and removing turbidity in the treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(AECOPD).The changes in points, inflammatory indicators, blood gas analysis, lung function and CAT scores will further demonstrate the treatment of AECOPD in the elderly based on the pathogenesis of "Yang deficiency and turbidity",in order to provide new ideas and basis for clinical treatment. Methods: This trial selected elderly AECOPD patients who were in the elderly cadre ward and respiratory inpatient ward of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from September 2018 to January 2021.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 elderly AECOPD patients were finally included.Randomized grouping,30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the test group. The control group was treated with comprehensive western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Wensan Huazhuo Decoction on the basis of the control group. The changes in clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores, inflammatory indexes, blood gas analysis, lung function and CAT scores of the two groups before treatment and 14 days after treatment were analyzed. In terms of data analysis, statistical software SPSS23.0 is used for statistical analysis and processing. Results: In terms of clinical efficacy in this trial, after 14 days of treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group reached 96.55%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 85.71%.Therefore,in terms of clinical efficacy, the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the total scores of TCM syndromes and the scores of main symptoms(cough, sputum volume, chills),the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group. After treatment,WBC,N%,CRP,blood gas analysis, lung function index and CAT score were compared between the two groups of patients. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.During this trial, there was no abnormality in safety indicators and no adverse reactions in the two groups of patients, indicating that this study has good safety. Conclusion: The treatment of aging AECOPD by the method of warming and removing turbidity has improved clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome integral, inflammatory index, blood gas analysis, lung function and CAT score, etc.to varying degrees, which is better than the single western medicine method, and has adverse effects.Less, higher security.
