Clinical Study Of Ganlu Xiaodu Dan In The Treatment Of Chronic Cough (Damp-Heat Syndrome) After Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection In Children

Objective:By observation of the clinical symptoms of children with chronic cough(dampness-heat syndrome)infected with mycoplasma pneumoniae after taking Chinese traditional medicine decoction,,the clinical efficacy of the treatment of this disease was quantified.It is our final purpose to analyse the effectiveness and security of Ganlu Xiaodu Dan thus offer advise for clinical practice.Methods:We all gathered sixty children eligible for inclusion condition to attend to this program.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the trial group(n=30).The control group was given oral Azithromycin suspension10mg/kg.d,once a day,for 3 days and a suspension for 4 days,and continued to take it orally for 3 days.The trial group was treated the Detoxification Pill,and the drug dose was determined according to the age,and the drug was used regularly for 2weeks.Statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS21.0.Results:The disease effect percentage was no marked difference(P<0.05)between trial group(73.3%)and control group(76.6%).The curative effect of syndromes between trial group(70.0%)and control group(73.3%)was closed and meaningless(P < 0.05).The contrast between the two teams pointed that the trial group has superior contrast to the control group in ameliorating appetite,defecation,coating on the tongue(P < 0.05).the trial group was equal with control group in the aspect of cough,phlegm,fever,nasal congestion or runny nose,swollen throat,sleep and lung auscultation.Conclusion:In the treatment of chronic cough(damp-heat syndrome)after MP infection in children,Ganlu Xiaodu Dan has the advantages of improving cough,diet,tongue quality,tongue coating and stool,and has significant curative effect on disease and syndromes.It is safe and reliable to be further promoted and applied.
