Analysis Of Advantages And Disadvantages About Clinical Operation Of Wheat-Moxibustion And Operation Improvement Verification

Background:Wheat-moxibustion can be used to treat a variety of diseases in nine systems,especially for intractable and refractory diseases such as stroke sequela,tumor,rheumatoid arthritis,etc.Traditional wheat-moxibustion has the characteristics of small volume,accurate positioning and so on,which has a strong pertinence to the operation range of small joint lesions in rheumatoid arthritis.However,at present,manual operation is mostly used in clinical practice,and it takes more than 1 hour to complete the treatment of 28 joints of both hands.Therefore,this study takes rheumatoid arthritis as the disease carrier of product design breakthrough.The complexity and difficulty of traditional wheat-moxibustion clinical operation mainly focus on the repeated operation of "moxibustion granule making,moxibustion granule placing,moxibustion granule igniting,and moxibustion granule extinguishing".And the whole process is completed by forceps.Therefore,the traditional wheat moxibustion has the following problems: the operation is difficult,time-consuming,energy consumption is fast,and there are many potential safety hazards.So it is difficult to promote the clinical application in a large area.Objectives:1.On the basis of literature research and clinical practice,collate and form the clinical standard operation plan of traditional wheat-moxibustion.And analyze its advantages and disadvantages,so as to provide a theoretical basis for product design.2.Taking the traditional standard operation plan of moxibustion as reference,further research and develop the auxiliary operation equipment of wheat-moxibustion to improve the clinical operation efficiency and reduce the operating cost.Methods:1.Formulation of standard operation(SOP)of traditional wheat-Moxibustion: Chapter 1through literature research,sorting out the preparation of existing wheat grain moxibustion operation equipment and different methods of moxibustion making,point moxibustion,release moxibustion and elimination moxibustion.Through clinical practice,the operation fluency,clinical rationality,efficiency and safety of different combination schemes were compared.Finally,the clinical standard operation plan of traditional wheat grain moxibustion was formed;2.The design and invention of the first generation product-quick moxibustion gloves:through the height adjustment device,sliding groove and movable moxibustion seat,the moxibustion particles can be fixed and quickly moxibustion can be carried out;3.The third generation product-the design and invention of full-automatic moxibustion applicator: one key operation and automatic operation of 28 joints of both hands are realized through tooth movement system,ignition system and control system.4.Finally,through clinical efficiency verification and product cost research,the operation time and clinical cost of three different schemes were analyzed and compared.Results:1.form the standard operation plan of traditional moxibustion,see the main body for specific steps.The traditional operation time is: it takes about 6 minutes to complete two joints,and increases with the increase of joint number.When 14 joints are completed,it takes about45 minutes;the single charge is about 81 yuan;2.Design and invention of the first generation product,quick moxibustion gloves: it takes about 4-5 minutes to stabilize,and when the number of joints is more than 8,it can save more than 90% of the operation time;the labor cost is reduced by more than 99%3.The design and invention of the third generation product-fully automatic moxibustion device: one key operation,fully automatic completion.The time-consuming is set to 1 minute by the system in advance;the increase of consumables cost can be ignored almost,and the labor cost is reduced by more than 99%.Conclusions1.The summary of "The clinical standard operation plan of traditional wheatMoxibustion" can provide a reference for the clinical application of wheat-moxibustion,and provide a theoretical basis for the improvement design of wheat-moxibustion related equipment.2.The first generation product,Quick Moxibustion Gloves can improve the clinical operation efficiency of wheat-moxibustion and reduce the labor cost,which compared with the traditional wheat-moxibustion operation.3.The third generation product,Automatic Wheat-moxibustion Applicator improves the operation efficiency and reduces the labor cost,which compared with the traditional wheatmoxibustion operation.4.Compared with the Quick Moxibustion Gloves,the Automatic Wheat-moxibustion Applicator has the advantages of one key operation,more intelligent and simple operation,more stable treatment and higher efficiency.
