Objective:To investigate the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)on the pressure pain thresholds(PPT)of patients after oocyte retrieval, and to explore the analgesic effect of TEAS and the benign regulatory effect on the body state of patients. Methods:The subjects who met the inclusion criteria were divided into healthy group, treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group and control group were given TEAS or mock TEAS intervention 30 minutes after oocyte retrieval.Bilateral Neiguan,Hegu,Zusanli and Sanyinjiao were selected as stimulation points. The treatment group was given 2/100 HZ continuous alternating frequency. The stimulation intensity of upper limb acupoints was 6~10m A,and the stimulation intensity of lower limb acupoints was 10~15m A.The patients in the control group were given intermittent frequency of 2Hz(power on for 3s and power off for 6s),and the intensity was set as sensory threshold of 3-6m A.The treatment time of the two groups was 30 minutes. The PPT values of trapezius midpoint,Guanyuan,Zhongji,Shuidao,Zigong,Daimai,Xuehai and Sanyinjiao were measured by Wagner tenderness instrument in healthy people and patients before and after treatment(30 min and 90 min after operation);the pain number score(NRS)and adverse reactions(dizziness, nausea and vomiting)were recorded immediately after operation and before and after treatment.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in baseline demographic data(age, height, weight,BMI)among the three groups(P>0.05);There were no significant differences in postoperative vital signs(body temperature, respiration, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, oxygen saturation)and operation related data(number of oocytes, time of oocyte retrieval, dosage of propofol)between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).And there was comparable between groups.(2)PPT of trapezius midpoint,Guanyuan,Zhongji,Shuidao,Zigong,Xuehai and Sanyinjiao in healthy people were significantly higher than those in the two groups of patients after oocyte retrieval(P<0.01);but there was no significantly different at Daimai(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of PPT between the treatment group and control group:Comparison between groups: Before the intervention of TEAS,there was no significant difference in each measurement point between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable. After TEAS intervention, the PPT at the trapezius midpoint in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the PPT values at Guanyuan,Zhongji,Shuidao,Xuehai and Sanyinjiao points in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the PPT values at daimai and uterine points in the treatment group and those in the control group(P>0.05);the PPT differences at Zigong and Xuehai points in the treatment group before and after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The difference of PPT before and after treatment in trapezius midpoint,Guanyuan,Zhongji,Shuidao,Sanyinjiao was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),but there was no difference in Daimai(P>0.05).Intra group comparison: in the treatment group, the PPT value at trapezius midpoint,Guanyuan,Zhongji,Shuidao,Zigong,Xuehai and Sanyinjiao was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference at Daimai(P>0.05);in the control group, there was no significant difference in PPT value at each measurement point before and after treatment(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of NRS score between the treatment group and control group:Comparison between the two groups: there was no significant difference in NRS score between the two groups at waking up immediately after operation and berore treatment(P>0.05).The NRS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease degree of NRS score of the treatment group after treatment was higher than that of the control group after treatment.Intra group comparison: the NRS scores of the two groups at waking up immediately after operation, berore and after treatment were decreased with time, and the differences were statistically significant ay each time point(P <0.01).(5)Comparison of adverse reactions(dizziness, nausea and vomiting)between the two groups: there was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups at waking up immediately after operation, berore and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:TEAS can effectively improve the pressure pain threshold, play the role of analgesia, reduce the sensitivity of patients to pain, and has a positive significance for the adjustment of body state after oocyte retrieval to a certain extent. |
