Clinical Study Of The Treatment Of Benign Simple Thyroid Nods (Sputum Clotting Type) With Exo-glacial Dispersion

Objective: Modern medicine for the vast majority of benign simple thyroid nodding without surgical indications there is no consistent,basic treatment methods,it is currently recommended to long-term observation-oriented,but thyroid nodding on the vast number of patients potential physical harm still exists,this topic through observation of external use The clinical efficacy of glacial dispersal treatment of benign simple thyroid nods(sputum clotting type)provides a basis for the development of the use of Chinese medicine for benign simple thyroid nod therapy,thus exerting the therapeutic characteristics of Chinese medicine for thyroid nods to promote the clinical application of Chinese medicine.Methods:This clinical trial was conducted using a randomized controlled study.A total of 60 outpatients in the Department of Endocrinology,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,who met the inclusion criteria of this clinical study after strict screening from July 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group patients using pure ice dispersion gels.The control group recommended in accordance with the guidelines can be simply observed,so external placebo external application,two groups of observation for 12 weeks,at the end of the experiment and test before and after testing the observation indexes,the symptoms and physical signs before and after comparison,including thyroid nodules biggest diameter,thyroid function,kidney function,blood routine,safety index,and curative effect of TCM symptom integral score,and make records.The results were statistically analyzed to see if there was any improvement,improvement or no change before and after treatment.Statistical Methods: SPSS23.0 software was used for statistical analysis of all data,If P<0.05 is statistically significant,P<0.01 is statistically significant and P>0.05 is not statistically significant.Results:The first two groups of treatment in the general indicators,efficacy indicators,safety indicators and other background statistically comparable,after treatment,the experimental group in the thyroid nodding reduction rate,Chinese medicine symptom improvement rate has significant differences,the number of thyroid nodding group did not change significantly,and the control group in each efficacy index did not change significantly,the data showed that the glacier dispersal applied to benign simple thyroid nodding(sputum clotting type)patients with reduced coagulation diameter and improved symptoms.Conclusion:From the current clinical efficacy point of view,pure external glacial dispersion has certain effect on reducing nodding and improving symptoms,does not cause abnormal thyroid antibodies or damage to liver and kidney function,if it can solve the problems in the experimental process and further improve the efficacy,then the treatment of thyroid nodding with Chinese medicine is worth further study and promotion.
