Purpose: To explore the application of circulating tumor cells(CTCs)in clinical monitoring,disease progression and prognosis assessment of breast cancer patients.method: Female breast cancer who received surgery Female breast cancer who received surgery,postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy,preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy,recurrence and metastasis breast cancer were selected from the Department of Breast and Thyroid Surgery of the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province from February 2020 to February 2021.A total of 15 female breast cancer patients were enrolled in the surgery and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy group;a total of 8 female breast cancer patients were enrolled in the preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy group;a total of 11 female breast cancer patients were enrolled in the metastatic group;A total of 27 Female patients with benign breast tumors were randomly enrolled,including 13 females and 14 males.All subjects received CTCs and routine blood tests in peripheral blood.In this study,immunomagnetic bead negative enrichment combined with fluorescence in situ hybridization was used to detect CTCs in experimental subjects.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis of all data.Pearson bivariate correlation analysis was performed to determine whether there was a correlation between the two data sets.Result:1.The value of 15 day CTCs after surgery for breast canc er patients was significantly lower than that of 1 day CTCs before surgery,and the comparison showed statistical difference(t=3.89,P=0.01);Most of the CTCs values of breast cancer patients on the 15 th day after adjuvant chemotherapy were significantly lower than those on the 1st day before adjuvant chemotherapy,with statistical significance(t=3.88,P=0.002).The number of CTCs in most breast cancer patients on the 15 th day after neoadjuvant chemotherapy was significantly lower than that on the 1st day before neoadjuvant chemotherapy,without statis tical significance(t=0.66,P=0.236).The number of CTCs in most breast cancer patients on the 15 th day after intervention was significantly lower than that when metastasis was found,with statistical significance(t=1.73,P=0.019).2.The CTCs test results of breast cancer patients 1 day before surgery were statistically significant compared with those of normal controls(t=5.67,P=0.000).There was no statistical significance between CTC s test results on the 15 th day after operation and those of Female patients with benign breast tumors(t=1.179,P=0.245).The CTCs test results of breast cancer patients with metastasis were statistically significant compared with those of normal controls(t=-3.891,P=0.001).There was no statistical significance in CTC s test results on the 15 th day after intervention compared with those of Female patients with benign breast tumor s(t=1.790,P=0.082).3.According to the correlation analysis,the rate of change was 14.80 per 15 DCTCs,and the change was in the opposite direction(gradually decreasing direction);The rate of change of patients with adjuvant chemotherapy was0.409 per 15 day CTCs,and the change was in the opposite direction(gradually decreasing direction);The rate of change per 15 day CTCs in neoadjuvant chemotherapy patients was 1.494,and the change was in the opposite direction(gradually decreasing direction).The rate of change of relapsed and metastatic patients was 0.536 per 15 day CTCs,and the change was in a positive direction(gradually increasing direction).Conclusion:1.CTCs were reduced by surgery to red uce tumor load in patients;2.Adjuvant chemotherapy and neoadjuvant chemotherapy can reduce CTCs in most patients;3.CTCs value of breast cancer patients increased when metastasis was found,and decreased after comprehensive t reatment;4.Before and afte r the breast cancer patients before and after surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy,neoadjuvant chemotherapy and CTCs variation before and after the transfer and routine blood before and after the product of a few indicators are co rrelation,the difference of CTCs variation before and after operation,the largest and is moving in the opposite direction(diminishing trend direction)change,prompt before and after surgery CTCs fastest moving in the opposite direction change.
