Schedule Management Of Radiotherapy Center Construction Project In R Hospital Of Q City

The construction project of the radiotherapy center,which is characterized by complicated procedures,tight schedule,various cooperation matters of all parties,and high requirements of wall quality.According to the above characteristics,higher requirements are put forward for the project schedule.The traditional construction project schedule management can no longer meet the requirements.The schedule management of radiotherapy center,as an important link of the project management,has become an important issue of the project management.This paper takes the schedule management of the radiotherapy center construction project of the R hospital in Q city as a research object,uses the research methods such as survey method,quantitative analysis method and content analysis method,investigates the current situation of the schedule management of the radiotherapy center construction project,and analyzes some problems in the schedule management of the radiotherapy center such as insufficient organization and staffing of project schedule management,inaccurate estimation of the construction period of the project’s structure pouring process,lack of schedule network planning and dynamic control,and deficient incentive(reward and punishment)mechanism for schedule management.On this basis,the cause of the problem is explored.In view of the problems and reasons in the schedule management of the radiotherapy center construction project of R Hospital in Q City,this paper proposes the project schedule management plan.In the plan,the organizational structure of the management organization is re-formulated,the estimation of the structure pouring is optimized,the network plan is used,the dynamic control plan is proposed,and the assessment and incentive system of schedule management is proposed.Meanwhile,safeguard measures are put forward based on the schedule management plan to promote the orderly operation of project schedule management.The results of this study provide some theoretical basis and reference experience for other radiotherapy center construction projects in terms of schedule management.
