| Background:Vector Aedes mosquitoes belong to the genus Aedes in the insect Genus,Diptera,Longhorn suborder,and Mosquitoes.In recent years,mosquito-borne infectious diseases transmitted by the vector Aedes mosquitoes have a high incidence in China has become increasingly severe.Aedes vector control is an important means to cut off disease transmission。With the development of environmental protection in the new era,green and sustainable prevention and control has become an important direction for the prevention and control of Aedes mosquitoes.Methods:1.Taking Wushi Town and Qishui Town in Leizhou City as the research objects,the mosquito density will be controlled at a no-harm level for a long time according to the green management strategy in the experimental area from 2019to 2020,and use different methods to evaluate the effect of on-site governance.2.According to the national standard setting experiment to determine the effect of green treatment drugs on the laboratory control of Aedes albopictus.3.On this basis,explore the green and safe medication,and propose the correlation between the Breteau index and the route index.Results:1.In the experiment of the laboratory control effect of green treatment drugs on Aedes albopictus,the lethality of Bacillus thuringiensis with an effective concentration of 3600 ITU/L on larvae reached more than 80%in the first 11 days,dropped to 63.65%after 13 days,and fell to 45.61%after 15 days.The effective concentration of pyriproxyfen with an effective concentration of 1.5 ai·mg/L can inhibit the eclosion rate of Aedes albopictus larvae reaching more than 95%within 30days.The combination of pyriproxyfen and Bacillus thuringiensis at effective concentrations of 3600 ITU/L and 1.5 ai·mg/L respectively,the drug’s eclosion inhibition rate of Aedes albopictus larvae reached 100%within 30 days.2.Take green management measures in the test area,and take conventional prevention and control measures in the control area,compared with the control area,the total mosquito density reduction rate in the test area was 90.46%,and the average mosquito density was 1.44 per hour.The density of adult Aedes vector mosquito reduction rate was78.15%,and the average adult density of Aedes vector mosquito was 2.38 per 30 min.The average route index is 1.96/km,the average Breteau index is 3.45,the average container index is 14.74,and the relative density decline rate is not less than 70%.Green management has a good control effect on the population density of Aedes vector.3.Using remote chemical pheromone monitors in the test area and the control area,we found three kinds of mosquitoes including Aedes albopictus,Aedes aegypti and Culex pipiens pallens.A total of 1,014 mosquitoes were collected in the experimental area,of which 98 vetor Aedes,accounting for 7.83%,and 916 Culex pipiens pallens,accounting for 92.17%.A total of 3582 mosquitoes were collected in the control area,of which 423 vetor Aedes mosquitoes,accounting for 12.56%,and3159 Culex pipiens pallens,accounting for 87.44%.The human-induced mosquito surveillance was used to monitor that the number of trapped Aedes albopictus in the experimental group was 1-13,with an average of 5.31,accounting for 74.74%;the trapped number of Aedes aegypti was 0-6,with an average it was 1.85,with an average proportion of 25.26%;The route index in the test area is 0-3.11/km,with an average of 1.96/km;the Breteau index in the test area is 0.50-9.36,and the average Breteau index is 3.46;the average container index in the test area is 14.74.4.In this study,based on the monitoring data for 14 months,the data of Control effect evaluation indices of mosquito control were analyzed by the correlation analysis method.The results showed that the coefficient between the RI and BI was 0.896,and between the CI and BI was 0.880.This correlation was signification positive.If y1is the route index,y2 is the container index,and x is the Breteau index,the regression models were as follow:(?)1=0.155+0.678x(?)2=10.027+2.012xConclusion:1.Combining the green treatment drug Pyriproxyfen and Bacillus thuringiensis can effectively inhibit the emergence of Aedes albopictus larvae,and has a certain lethal ability to Aedes albopictus larvae.2.Compared with the control area,the total mosquito density reduction rate in the test area was 90.46%,and the average mosquito density was 1.44 per hour.The density of adult Aedes vector mosquito reduction rate was 78.15%,and the average adult density of Aedes vector mosquito was 2.38 per 30 min.The average route index is 1.96/km,the average Breteau index is 3.45,the average container index is 14.74,and the relative density decline rate is not less than 70%.3.The route index in this area is highly positively correlated with the Braytou index,the container index and the Breteau index.The route index and the container index can be used as a more convenient and practical indicator of the dengue fever early warning mechanism in the region.4.Green management have the value of promotion and use in the prevention and control of the vector Aedes mosquito. |
