Objective:The needle was more distal target positioning guide and traditional freehand implanted femur in distal locking intramedullary nail intrao peratie radiation exposure and the accuracy of the distal locking screws.Methods:Collect between January 2017 and December 2019 in hunan province people’s hospital orthopaedic trauma for femoral fracture line anterograde/locking intramedullary nail treatment,and get a complete follow-up of 63 patients.63 patients were divided into two groups,namely the needle was line distal target positioning guide unarmed implanted into the distal locking for the observation group,a total of 32 cases,age(43.84±11.60).On the right side of 15 cases of femoral fracture,17 cases,left femoral fractures are unilateral femoral fractures.Femoral fractures AO type:type A in 11 cases,15 cases were type B,type C 6 cases;Fracture reason:18 cases of traffic injury,the ground fall in 2 cases,8 cases,falling,heavy parts in 4 cases.Lines of traditional freehand implanted into the distal locking for the control group,a total of 31 cases,a total of 31 patients with the control group,age(43.00±10.78).On the right side of 17 cases of femoral fracture,on the left side of the 14 cases of femoral fractures,are unilateral femoral fractures.Femoral fractures AO type:10 cases of type A,type B,15 cases of C type 6 cases;Fracture reason:traffic injury in 16 cases,the ground fall in 3,a fall in 7 cases,the weight above 5 cases.Through to the two groups of patients with operation time,the distal two locking implanted time,distal cross-bolting total perspective time,total perspective time the operation process,the distal two locking screw axis and the main vertical axis Angle,distal locking nail implantation rate of radiation exposure,and so on and so forth comparative analysis,discusses two kinds of unarmed implanted femur in distal locking intramedullary nail method of radiation exposure,and the accuracy of the distal locking screws.Results:Two unarmed implanted femur in operation time of distal locking intramedullary nail(74.81 ± 5.72 vs.91.71 ± 11.14,P<0.05),the distal two locking implant cumulative perspective(11.47± 2.69 vs.31.74±7.22,P<0.05),Distal locking into time(11.94 ± 2.64 vs.31.74 17.22,±<0.05)in the whole process of the cumulative perspective time(65.88±12.76 vs.100.39±17.02,P<0.05),radiation exposure rate(17%vs.32%,P<0.05),distal cross-bolting axis vertical axis Angle degree,and the main nail(S1,1.55 ± 0.75 vs.3.42 ± 1.24,P<0.05),(S2,1.38 ± 0.78 vs.2.78± 1.01,P<0.05).Through statistical analysis,P less than 0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusions:1.The needle was compared with the traditional ACTS technique,to guide the unarmed implanted femur in distal locking intramedullary nail less intraoperative radiation exposure.2.The needle was compared with the traditional ACTS technique,guide the unarmed implanted femur in distal locking intramedullary nailing with higher accuracy.
