Establishment Of PICC Quality Evaluation Index For Internet+Nursing Service

ObjectiveBased on Internet plus Internet care service PICC maintenance,this study establishes the evaluation index of Internet + nursing service PICC maintenance quality,and provides reference for evaluating the quality of Internet + nursing service PICC maintenance.MethodsBased on SPO theory,this study used the methods of literature review and qualitative interview to preliminarily formulate the evaluation framework of Internet + nursing service PICC maintenance quality.19 experts from 18 provinces and three grade A hospitals in 8 provinces in China were involved in two rounds of expert correspondence.According to the positive numbers of experts,Cr,CV and Kendall’s W,the experts were selected and screened according to the actual situation.To determine the quality evaluation index of Internet + nursing service PICC maintenance.The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of the first and second level indicators,and Cronbach’s method is used to analyze the weight of the first and second level indicators α、The reliability and validity of CVI were tested,and the data were analyzed by Excel 2010,SPSS 20.0 and Yaahp software.Results(1)The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of expert correspondence were 90.48% and 100%,Cr was 0.948 and 0.950 respectively.CV ranges were 0-0.1726 and 0-0.1721,kendall’s w were0.151 and 0.164 respectively.By chi square test,P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant.(2)After deleting 4 indexes and modifying 6 indexes,this study finally establishes three primary indicators(including structure quality,process quality,result quality,etc.),14 secondary indicators(including practice requirements,human resources,systems and standards),and 58three-level indicators(including medical institutions access qualification,information technology platform requirements,etc.)Internet + nursing service PICC evaluation index for maintaining quality of nurses’ access qualification.Among them,the weight of result quality(0.37022)was the largest among the first level indexes,and the weight of the patient result evaluation(0.09410)was the largest among the second level indexes.(3)Cronbach’s of grade I,II and III indicators α The results showed that the total Cronbach’s was 0.859,0.912 and 0.930,respectively α was0.951.The CVI of each index is 0.875-1,and the total index CVI was0.823.ConclusionAll levels of indicators in the PICC quality evaluation index of Internet+ nursing service are scientific and reliable,which provides a reference for evaluating the quality of PICC maintenance of Internet + nursing service.
