| Objective:Based on the theory of PRECEDE model,the questionnaire was made through Delphi experts consultation.To explore the influencing factors of sexual and reproductive health behaviors of migrant adolescents from the perspective of propensity,contribution and reinforcement factors,and to find out the existing problems,so as to provide scientific reference for relevant departments to carry out education and service projects in the future.Methods: In the first part,through literature research and brainstorming of the research group,a questionnaire on the sexual and reproductive health behavior of migrant adolescents in Zhuhai City was initially formulated.After two rounds of Delphi experts consultation,the contents of the questionnaire were modified and improved.Then,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested through pre-test.Finally,a questionnaire on sexual and reproductive health behavior of migrant adolescents in Zhuhai City was constructed.The second part is a cross-sectional study.The multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method was used to select migrant adolescents who met the inclusion criteria in the industries with the most concentrated migrant population to conduct an online questionnaire survey.The data were input into Epidata 3.1 by double check,and SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze and process the data.The measurement data was described by means ± standard deviation,and the count data was described by percentage.Independent samples t-test,one way ANOVA,and LSD test were used to analyze the differences in the scores of contraceptive knowledge,AIDS knowledge,and attitude toward sexual and reproductive health-related issues among migrant adolescents.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of migrant adolescents’ sexual behavior.The test level was α=0.05,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results: 1.Through literature research and group brainstorming,a total of 63 candidate items in 6 dimensions of the questionnaire were preliminarily formulated.After two rounds of consultation by 20 experts,a questionnaire on sexual and reproductive health behaviors of migrant adolescents in Zhuhai City was finally constructed.The questionnaire contained 6 primary indicators and 58 secondary indicators.According to Kendall’s W test,the first level index W value is 0.40(χ~2= 39.98,P < 0.001),and the value of secondary index W is0.27(χ~2= 330.21,P<0.001).2.Investigation on sexual and reproductive health behavior of migrant adolescents in Zhuhai2.1 General information of respondentsThis study investigated 1060 migrant adolescents,including 46.00% males and 54.00%females,with an average age of(21.28 ±2.46)years.Migrant adolescents have lower education level,younger age to start work,longer working hours,richer job types and lower monthly income.78.70% of the parents of migrant adolescents are still alive,but 65.28% of them have not discussed sexual and reproductive health issues with their parents.33.58% of respondents live with friends.They have a high incidence of drinking and smoking.2.2 Predisposing factor2.2.1 There are 8 items of contraceptive knowledge,with an average score of(5.99±1.42)points,and contraceptive knowledge is at a high level,accounting for 38.60%.There are 8items of AIDS basic knowledge,with an average score of(6.08±1.41)points,and the AIDS knowledge scoring rate is 69.10%.The common factors influencing the scores of contraceptive knowledge and AIDS knowledge of migrant adolescents are age,education level,age of starting work,working hours,parents alive or not and smoking or not.The factor influencing the scores of AIDS knowledge of floating adolescents is gender(P <0.05).2.2.2 There are 10 attitude items with an average score of(6.99±1.67),high level accounting for 38.00%.The influencing factors of attitude towards sexual and reproductive health related problems are age,gender,starting working age,living condition and drinking or not(P < 0.05).2.3 Enabling factor2.3.1 The main source of sexual and reproductive health knowledge of migrant adolescents is school,accounting for 71.90%.47.70% of the respondents hope to obtain sexual and reproductive health knowledge from medical institutions.Among them,regular access to contraceptive knowledge accounted for 13.00%,regular access to sexually transmitted diseases information materials accounted for 13.60%,and regular participation in sexual and reproductive health activities accounted for 9.20%.2.3.2 The monthly income of migrant adolescents surveyed is more than 2,000 yuan and less than 5,000 yuan,accounting for 48.30%,and more than 8,000 yuan only accounts for9.06%.2.4 Reinforcing factor2.4.1 Among 1060 respondents,78.60% of the parents of migrant adolescents are alive,but65.28% of them did not discuss sexual and reproductive health with their parents.77.90% of them have a history of drinking and 36.80% of them had a history of smoking.2.4.2 66.40% of the respondents are very satisfied with the medical staff’s service,and 62.30% are very satisfied with the confidentiality of the service process.2.5 First sexual act 2.5.1 87.83% respondents had sex experience.27.93% of the respondents did not take contraceptive measures during the first sexual act,20.62% never discussed contraceptive issues with their partners,and 35.34% had pregnancy experience.72.95% of pregnant migrant adolescents ended up with induced abortion.30.29% of respondents adolescents were worried about their partners’ STDs,but only 69.86% took measures to avoid the risk of STDs.2.5.2 By univariate logistic regression analysis,the factors affecting the sexual behavior of migrant adolescents are as follows: age,gender,education level,working hours,monthly income and living conditions(P<0.15).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the statistically significant influencing factors are as follows: age,gender,working hours,attitude score level.Conclusion:1.The questionnaire on sexual and reproductive health behaviors of migrant adolescents in Zhuhai City has good reliability and validity,which can effectively measure the status quo and influencing factors of sexual and reproductive health behaviors of migrant adolescents in Zhuhai City.2.The lack of contraceptive knowledge and AIDS knowledge,and the open attitude towards sexual and reproductive health related issues are the predisposing factors of sexual and reproductive health behaviors of migrant adolescents.3.The lack of available technical resources and low income are the contributing factors of sexual and reproductive health behaviors of migrant adolescents.4.Lack of family support,bad health behaviors and satisfaction with sexual and reproductive health services are the strengthening factors of sexual and reproductive health behaviors of migrant adolescents. |
