Objective: To investigate the correlation between the efficacy of venous thrombosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction in different time windows. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the 185 patients admitted to the Department of Neurology of Jilin Provincial People’s Hospital from March 2017 to December 2019 to recover their neurological function, divided into 3 groups according to the time window: 71 patients with venous thrombosis within 2 hours(including 2 hours)47 patients with venous thrombosis within 2-3 hours(including 3 hours)and 67 patients with venous thrombosis within 3-4.5 hours, respectively, recorded the pre-solution,24 hours after the pre-solution,7days after the pre-solution thrombosis,14 days after the thrombosis, and 14 days after the pre-solution thrombotic, and 14 days after the intravenous thrombosis, respectively, the PATIENTs were recorded. The correlation of efficacy after intravenous thrombosis was analyzed in three groups of patients with acute cerebral infarction. The SPSS-related analysis is used for statistical analysis.Results:1.Effective indicator comparison:(1)Comparison of NIHSS scores: 24 hours before and after the 2-hour thrombosis group, the median difference of NIHSS score for 7 days is 2(1,5),3(1,6),and 24 hours before and after the 2-3 hour venous thrombosis group,The 7days,median value of NIHSS scoring differences was compared with median 1(0,3),2(1,4),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);(2)THE median of the MRS score difference for 90 days before and after the 2-hour thrombosis group was 2(1,3),Compared with the median MRS score difference of 1(0.25,2),1(1,2)for 90 days before the 2-3 hour thrombotic group and 3-4.5 hour thrombotic group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)a comparison of the 90-day good prognosis rate:comparison of the 2-hour thrombosis The 90-day good prognosis rates for the 3-4.5-hour thrombotic group were: 95.14%(65/71),65.67%(44/67),and the differences between them were statistically significant(P=0.001,<0.05).2.Comparison of safety indicators: The overall mortality rate was 2.82%(2/71),4.26%(2/47),4.48%(3/67)for patients in groups 3 of 90 days, respectively, and the overall mortality rate in the 3 groups was close, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The earlier AIS patients carry out venous thrombosis, the better the clinical efficacy, the better the recovery of nerve function;2.There was little change in the overall mortality rate of patients with venous thrombosis in the effective time window.
