ObjectiveRadionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging is a kind of molecular imaging.Radionuclide-labeled imaging agents are selectively absorbed by myocardial cells and evenly distributed in myocardial tissue. This method has high targeting and specificity. It can be used to evaluate the status of myocardial cells, determine the location, extent and extent of lesions, and monitor the changes of coronary hemodynamics. It has important value.Semi-quantitative indexes such as left ventricular size, wall motion, left ventricular function and SRS score can also be obtained after post-processing,which is convenient for disease diagnosis, treatment and monitoring. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the quantitative parameters of myocardial perfusion and cardiac function provided by radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging and clinical indexes such as blood lipid and uric acid.MethodsGated myocardial perfusion imaging was performed in 42 hospitalized patients, including 29 patients with miocardial infarction.According to the condition of miocardial infarction, the positive threshold of resting perfusion score(SRS)was calculated by ROC curve analysis, and all cases were divided into SRS<6 and SRS≥6 groups. The relationship between SRS score and clinical serology was analyzed by independent sample “t”test and correlation regression. The influence of age, sex, smoking and hypertension on SRS score was observed by covariance analysis.ResultsThe sensitivity and specificity were 75.9% and 84.6% respectively when SRS≥6 was used as the positive threshold for the diagnosis of miocardial infarction,The area under ROC curve is 0.83(95% confidence interval is 0.68-0.98).And the age of patients with SRS≥6 was higher than that of patients with SRS<6,(62.29±9.07)and(52.44±15.46)respectively.At the same time, total cholesterol(TC),non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(N-HDL-C),triglyceride / high-density lipoprotein(TG/HDL-C),serum apolipoprotein B(APOB),Left ventricular end diastolic volume(EDV),Left ventricular end systolic volume(ESV)、Left ventricular mass(MASS)were higher than those in SRS<6 group(P < 0.05),while EF were lower than those in SRS<6 group(P < 0.01).SRS score was positively correlated with uric acid concentration,EDV、ESV、MASS and age(r=0.36、0.75、0.78、0.70、0.36;P<0.05、<0.01、<0.01、<0.01、<0.05),and negatively correlated with Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)(r=0.75,P<0.001).After adjusting for gender, smoking and hypertension, age was found to have the greatest impact on SRS score(F=5.23,P=0.03).ConclusionThe total resting perfusion score was closely related to cardiac function parameters, blood lipids and serum uric acid levels.Comprehensive indexes can provide more information for the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.
