Objective:In order to provide corresponding evidence and recommendations for clinical rational drug use,the thesis systematically evaluates common adverse drug reactions(ADR)and their causes. Methods:Manually count all ADR reports of the hospital in the past four and a half years, combine the automatic inquiry and summary function of the national adverse reaction detection system, use Microsoft and Excel spreadsheet to summarize the statistics, and analyze the distribution of adverse reactions in the hospital;Retrieve relevant literature on ADR in databases by computer, such as China Academic Journals Full-text Database(CJFD),Wanfang Database(Wan fang Database,Wan fang),China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc),Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(China Scientific Journal Database,CSJD)and so on;manual search for references that have been included in relevant studies.Chinese search terms: adverse reactions, antibacterial drugs,anti-tumor drugs,Chinese medicine injections, routes of administration, pharmaceutical dosage forms, adverse drug events, etc. Results:The results of the study showed that: 1.The occurrence of adverse reactions was not directly related to the age or gender of the patients;the antibiotics in clinical practice caused the most adverse reactions, and the anti-tumor drugs were the second, which should be related to the high frequency of use and combination therapy.3.Among the antibacterial drugs, ceftriaxone in cephalosporins and levofloxacin in fluoroquinolones cause the most adverse reactions;4.in the organs involved in adverse reactions: skin and accessory damage are the most common sites of adverse reactions, gastrointestinal system the second damage, the two body parts together accounted for 59.78%;5.ADR caused by the intravenous route was the highest in the route of administration;6.ADR caused by the injection was the most in the dosage form;7.the most reported staff were doctors, followed by pharmacists and nurses. Conclusion:The occurrence of reported ADR is related to the drug dosage form, the route of administration, the patient’s combined disease, etc.,and has little to do with the gender of the patients, but it has related with the patients,s eges.
