| Accurate poverty alleviation is the essence of poverty alleviation affairs of our Party and governments at all levels since the 18th National Congress,and it is an important work requiring the participation of all social forces.General Secretary Xi said,“Early implementation of the‘Chinese Dream’in the hearts of the people in poor areas is the significance of poverty alleviation work”[1].According to the document requirement of the“Key Work Program for Poor Families in Poverty Alleviation and Development”issued by the State Office for Poverty Alleviation,the students who have built electronic information files in the Poverty Alleviation and Development Key Work System in China are referred to as“archived students”.In 2016,the colleges and universities across the country provided precise financial assistance to archived students for the first time,[2].The government,universities and society have paid close attention to the economic and educational situation of archived College students,but have relatively neglected the students’mental health development.Objective:Under the background of“precise poverty alleviation”,the study aims to analyze and compare the results of mental health data of full-time archived and non-archived College Students,and then probe into the targeted strategies for mental poverty alleviation,so as to provide theoretical guidance for improving the mental health level of archived college students and their mental poverty alleviation.Ultimately,the study can help the students set a good psychological foundation for their future success and better social service.Methods:Ninety items of SCL-90,UPI and structured questionnaire were used for cluster random sampling.The Wechat“Music Survey”platform was utilized to design the network electronic questionnaire which was converted to link address and sent in the Wechat group or QQ group of students’classes locked in the survey.The college students of three full-time undergraduate colleges and three higher vocational colleges in eastern and Western China were investigated by collecting data through collective answers,and their mental health data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 software.If P value is less than 0.05,there will be a significant difference.Results:(1)A total of 3307 valid questionnaires were collected,of which 495 were archived,accounting for 14.97%,and 2812 were non-archived,accounting for 85.03%.(2)The detection rates of mental health of archived college students in UPI questionnaire A and B were 16.8%and 25.8%,respectively,which were higher than those of non-archived college students in UPI questionnaire A and B by 13.4%and 19.4%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)In SCL-90 scale,15.8%of archived college students were found to be mentally unhealthy,which was significantly higher than 11.1%of non-archived college students(P<0.05).(4)The scores of obsessive-compulsive symptoms,paranoid symptoms,anxiety symptoms,depressive symptoms and psychiatric symptoms in the SCL-90 were significantly higher than those of non-only students(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mental health level of archived college students is relatively low,and the mental health level of archived only-child students is worse.We should pay more attention to the psychological poverty alleviation and psychological intervention of archived college students,especially the only-child students.Meaning:According to the results of this study,I put forward a characteristic and precise mental health education mode-through the establishment of College Students’mental health data model,group psychological counseling and other ways,targeted from the learning life to enhance the positive psychological capital of archival College students.At the same time,new media such as internet courseware resources,mobile phone Wechat public numbers and Blue Moyun classes are used to widely disseminate knowledge and skills of mental health education,so as to help archived college students get rid of mental poverty in time and promote their physical and mental health and harmonious development. |
