In recent years, the incidence of cardiovascular disease has increased day by day,and coronary heart disease is still one of the common diseases threatening human health.Closely related to it is the increasing incidence of adverse cardiovascular events such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents. It is becoming a general trend to explore the influence of different serum biomarkers on the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease. At present, studies have shown that serum alkaline phosphatase participates in the process of atherosclerosis by promoting arterial calcification.Long-term high levels of alkaline phosphatase increase the risk of poor prognosis of coronary heart disease and can be used as an independent risk factor for coronary artery stenosis. In patients with coronary heart disease and the general population, higher levels of alkaline phosphatase indicate a higher risk of cardiovascular events and all-cause death.Studying the relationship between alkaline phosphatase and adverse cardiovascular outcomes has certain guiding value for assessing the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease and the risk of future cardiovascular events in the general population.
