| Background: The incidence rate of mixed hemorrhoids is increasing gradually with modern people’s consumption of spicy food and unhealthy lifestyle.It has become a common clinical disease and a high incidence of anorectal diseases.It has become the focus of anorectal workers.At present,operation is the main treatment for mixed hemorrhoids,but the postoperative wounds are mostly open,with many complications,such as long wound healing time,severe pain,excessive exudation,high incidence of edema and so on.Therefore,it is the goal of our anorectal workers to seek a wound treatment scheme with shorter healing time and better curative effect.In this clinical study,we observed the effect of Jiuhua gauze combined with Kangfuxin solution hip bath compared with vaseline gauze combined with potassium permanganate hip bath in order to explore a better treatment method for postoperative wound and complications.Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiuhua ointment gauze combined with Kangfuxin solution hip bath in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative wound,and compare the difference of Vaseline gauze combined with potassium permanganate hip bath treatment,to explore a faster and better wound treatment scheme.Methods: 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were selected from the Department of anorectal Department of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Patients in observation group were treated with Jiuhua ointment gauze combined with Kangfuxin solution hip bath,while patients in control group were treated with vaseline gauze combined with potassium permanganate hip bath.After treatment,the wound area,wound healing rate,wound healing time and wound complications were compared between the two groups.The postoperative bleeding,urinary retention or adverse drug reactions were recorded and analyzed.* the relevant data were analyzed by SPSS22.0statistical software.Results:In terms of wound healing efficacy and healing time,the observation group was 30.57 ± 1.63 days,and the control group was 35.53± 1.83 days;in terms of healing rate after 3 weeks,the observation group was 68.97 ± 6.36,and the control group was 59.33 ± 8.42,all P < 0.05,with statistical difference,indicating that the observation group can accelerate wound growth and promote wound healing.In the aspect of wound complications,anal exudation,the average score of anal exudation in the observation group was 1.20 ± 0.41,0.53 ± 0.51 on the 7th and 14 th day after operation,and that in the control group was 1.63 ± 0.67,0.90 ±0.31,all P < 0.05;in the aspect of wound edema,the average score of wound edema in the observation group was 1.03 ± 0.41 on the 7th day after operation,and that in the control group was 1.23 ± 0.68,P > 0.05,On the 14 th day,the average score of the observation group was 0.27 ± 0.15,and that of the control group was 0.57 ± 0.26,P < 0.05;on the 7th and14 th day after operation,the average score of the observation group was0.87 ± 0.31,0.40 ± 0.12,and that of the control group was 1.17 ±0.42,0.77 ± 0.26,all P < 0.05,In terms of anal pain,the average scores of the observation group on the 7th and 14 th day after operation were 0.97± 0.41 and 0.23 ± 0.14,while those of the control group were 1.37 ±0.52 and 0.60 ± 0.27,all P < 0.05,There was statistical difference;in terms of the overall efficacy of wound complications,the cure rate of the observation group was 83.3%,which was much higher than that of the control group(60.0%);it showed that the treatment of the observation group could reduce anal exudation,subside edema,relieve anal swelling,relieve anal pain,and improve the quality of wound healing.In terms of safety,there were no adverse drug reactions,diarrhea and excessive defecation times,which led to the failure of clinical observation.All the enrolled patients successfully completed the observation study.However,1 patients in the control group had anal itching in the later stage,and Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream was relieved long time by external use.1 patients had bowel catheterization on 3 days after operation,1 patients in the observation group had ligature loss,necrosis,incomplete bleeding and bleeding by suture and bleeding.The patient showed signs of pseudo healing and was given granulation pruning.Conclusion: Jiuhua ointment combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative wound under the condition of ensuring the healing effect,it has obvious effect in reducing anal exudation,diminishing edema,relieving anal swelling,relieving anal pain and improving the quality of wound healing,with no obvious adverse reactions,safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
