| Objective: To study the effect of Qihuang Decoction on lymphocyte level and lymphocyte function in patients with gastric cancer.Methods: a total of 92 patients who underwent radical gastrectomy in our hospital from January 1,2019 to December 30,2020 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into 1:1 by random number table(generated by spss21.0)and envelope method,with 46 patients in each group.Combined with the exclusion criteria,42 cases in Qihuang Decoction group and 43 cases in control group were included.The lymphocyte count(L),neutrophil count / lymphocyte count(NLR),platelet count / lymphocyte count(PLR),serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA),bowel sound recovery time,anal exhaust,defecation time and food recovery time were compared between the two groups before operation and 1,3,7 and 14 days after operation,The levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+ /CD8+)and immunoglobulin(IGA,Ig G and Ig M)were analyzed.Whether early postoperative small intestinal drip of Qihuang decoction had an impact on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and nutritional status,whether it had an impact on the level of postoperative lymphocyte count,NLR and PLR,and whether it had an impact on T lymphocyte subsets The expression level of immunoglobulin was affected.Results: through the comparative study between Qihuang Decoction group and control group:(1)compared with the control group,the gender and age,tumor size,pathological classification,tumor TNM stage and operation mode of Qihuang Decoction group and control group were P>0.05.(2)Compared with the control group,the recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time,anal defecation time and recovery time of eating in the Qihuang Decoction group were all P<0.05.There was significant difference between the two groups and had statistical significance.(3)compared with the control group,the total protein,albumin and prealbumin in the Qihuang Decoction group were There was no significant difference between 1 day and 3 days after operation(P>0.05);At 7 days and 14 days after operation,there was significant difference(P<0.05)(4)in terms of L,NLR and PLR,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between Qihuang Decoction group and control group;At 7 days and 14 days after operation,there was significant difference(P<0.05)(5)Compared with the control group,in terms of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups before and 1 day after operation;From 3days,7 days and 14 days after operation,there was significant difference(P<0.05)(6)compared with the control group,in terms of Ig A,Ig G and Ig M,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups before operation,1 day and 3days after operation;At 7 and 14 days after operation,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: early postoperative small intestinal drip of Qihuang Decoction in patients with gastric cancer can improve the recovery of gastrointestinal function and postoperative nutritional status,increase the level of lymphocytes,reduce the levels of NLR and PLR,and regulate the immune function of lymphocytes. |
