Standardization Of TCM Clinical Inquiry Based On "Internet Plus"

Objectives: The first purpose of this paper is to explore the standardization system of clinical inquiry and design the classification and code of information in clinical inquiry on the basis of the "Internet Plus".The second is to analyze the information collection method of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）clinical inquiry.The third is to introduce the construction process of the standard system and collection method through practical application research.And then to explore intelligent inquiry procedures in line with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,assist patients to complete the online inquiry process,solve the problem of "difficulty in seeing a doctor",and provide an effective method for alleviating the pressure of hospital inquiry.Methods: First,based on the relevant literature research,the research content of the standardization of TCM inquiries was determined,and the information modeling technology was used to design the information model framework and basic mode of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment,to describe the clinical concepts in TCM diagnosis and treatment activities,and to standardize the terminology of inquiries.Second,based on the relevant standards of electronic medical records and planning teaching materials,the classification and coding system of TCM clinical inquiry information is designed,and standardized and comprehensive inquiry collection information is provided to form a standardized clinical inquiry scale.Finally,taking TCM pediatric inquiry as the research object,based on the "Internet Plus" technology,an auxiliary program for the collection of TCM clinical inquiry information is developed to form structured TCM clinical inquiry information.Results:（1）The standardized system of clinical inquiry of TCM has been constructed.Including the norms of inquiries thinking,procedures,symptoms,collection methods,and content of inquiries,the standard operating procedures for TCM clinical inquiries are designed,and the research content and methods at each stage are clarified.（2）The classification and code system of clinical inquiry information of TCM has been designed.Based on the current national and group standards,the top-level framework of the TCM clinical inquiry classification system is constructed to classify symptom-related attributes.Based on the principles and ideas of information coding,the coding structure of TCM clinical inquiry information was designed to standardize the inquiry information.（3）A standardized inquiry information collection scale has been designed.The pediatric growth and development clinic of a Chinese medicine hospital was selected as the research object,and based on the classification and code system of the inquiry information,the structure of the scale and the preliminary screening of the inquiry item pool were assisted in the design.Combined with the actual inquiry process of the pediatric outpatient clinic,a standardized pediatric inquiry scale is formed,and the standardized collection of inquiry information and the writing of structured medical records are completed.（4）Research application.Based on the standardized pediatric inquiry scale,design and develop a small program for TCM inquiry based on Internet technology,realize the standardized pre-diagnosis information collection process,and compare the standardized inquiry business process before and after to ensure that the doctor’s own inquiry principles are not affected.Make the inquiry process more scientific and standardized.Conclusions: This paper has standardized the research content of TCM clinical inquiry,designed the information model involved in the process of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment,and formed a standardized operation process of TCM clinical inquiry with internal relationships.The construction of the classification and code of TCM clinical inquiry information has provided macro guidance for the design of the inquiry information collection scale,which is conducive to the integrity and objectivity of inquiry information collection.To a certain extent,it can assist the actual needs of TCM clinical inquiry,and promote the inquiry information to be more digitalized and structured in the Internet era.In addition,this paper has made an effective exploration in improving the quality of TCM clinical inquiry data,providing a practical application demonstration for the standardized research of TCM clinical information collection.However,the properties in the inquiry classification system need to be further refined and subdivided.The inquiry scale should have more professional evaluation and the software performance needs to be optimized in the next step.
