Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Rosacea （Syndrome Of Heat In Lung And Stamach） With Wuhua Xiaomin Decoction Combined With Autohemotherapy And Blood-letting Therapy

Objective: To observe the efficacy,safety and prognosis of Wuhua Xiaomin decoction combined with autohemotherapy and blood-letting therapy in the treatment of rosacea（syndrome of heat in lung and stomach）,and explore its mechanism of action,so as to seek a more simple and cost-effective treatment plan and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:A total of 108 patients with rosacea（syndrome of heat in lung and stomach）treated in outpatient department and ward of Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into three groups（treatment group A,treatment group B and control group）according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Treatment group A was treated with Wuhua Xiaomin decoction orally combined with autohemotherapy and blood-letting therapy;treatment group B was treated with Zhizi Jinhua Pill orally combined with autohemotherapy and blood-letting therapy;control group was treated with Zhizi Jinhua Pill orally only,and the treatment period was 12 weeks.The skin lesions score,TCM syndrome score,quality of life score and adverse reactions were observed before treatment and at the 6th and 12 th week of treatment in three groups.All patients were followed up for 3 months after treatment,and recurrence was tracked.Finally,SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis and processing of the data to comprehensively judge the clinical efficacy,safety and prognosis of the three treatment plans.Results: 1.A total of 108 patients with rosacea（syndrome of heat in lung and stomach）were included in this study,2 cases were excluded,3 cases were detached,and 103 cases were actually treated,including 34 cases in treatment group A,35 cases in treatment group B,and 34 cases in control group.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and condition of rosacea patients in the three groups（P>0.05）,which was comparable.2.Comparison of skin lesions score and TCM clinical symptoms score: after 12 weeks of treatment,the skin lesions score and TCM syndrome score of patients in the three groups decreased,and the three treatment methods effectively improved the objective skin lesions and subjective symptoms（P<0.05）;The improvement of skin lesion score and TCM syndrome score in treatment group A and B was better than that in control group,and the improvement of treatment group A was better than that of treatment group B（P<0.05）.3.Comparison of clinical efficacy: after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group A,treatment group B and control group was 88.2%,74.3% and 58.8%,respectively;4.Comparison of quality of life score: After 12 weeks of treatment,the quality of life score of patients in the three groups was lower than that before treatment,and the three treatments all improved the quality of life（P<0.05）;The improvement of quality of life in treatment group A and B was better than that in control group,and treatment group A was better than that in treatment group B（P<0.05）.5.Safety evaluation: During the treatment process,the adverse reaction rates of treatment group A,treatment group B and control group were 2.94%,5.71% and 5.88%,respectively.The adverse reactions of treatment group A were fewer and the safety was higher.6.Comparison of prognosis: 3 months after treatment,the recurrence rates of treatment group A and B were lower than those of control group,and the recurrence rate of treatment group A was lower than that of treatment group B（P<0.05）,indicating that the prognosis of treatment group A was the best;Conclusions: 1.Compared with traditional Chinese patent medicines of Clearing lung and relieving stomach,Wuhua Xiaomin decoction has more obvious improvement effect on objective skin lesions and subjective symptoms in patients with rosacea（syndrome of heat in lung and stomach）,and lower recurrence rate.2.TCM characteristic autohemotherapy and blood-letting therapy can significantly improve the objective skin lesions and subjective symptoms of patients with rosacea,and the operation is simple and the cost is low,which can improve patients’ compliance;3.Wuhua xiaomin decoction combined with autohemotherapy and blood-letting therapy has better clinical efficacy to treat rosacea（syndrome of heat in lung and stomach）,which can significantly improve patients’ quality of life,reduce adverse reactions and improve prognosis,and is worthy of clinical application.
